Well stocked large store. Can always find helpful employee to direct me. Easy self checkout. Person there too if any questions.

Could not have been happier with my trip into Lowes. Jay in the paint center was the best! Helped my man find the right color for his project and it turned out perfect. Everyone at this store is helpful but he went above and beyond for us. So friendly! Thanks again Jay

Joey in the lumber dept was tremendous in helping us load our truck. Typically we do not get much help when getting anything in that department. He was such a breath of fresh air. Please keep him around!

I stopped for some gift cards. Young lady at checkout was very helpful.

I'm a big fan of this Lowe's. I've only tan into an issue there one time and it did get resolved. Overall they have good availability and pricing is good. I am a "Lowe's Pro contractor and I do get a discount on everything I buy in the store". I've been shopping at Lowes since age 15, though.

This is a very good place for home improvement or building a new home ! For all the products you could possibly need . But they do need more knowledgeable employees, and I would recommend better customer service.

I went to buy a washer but they only had the floor model but thier getting one in for me. So I paid for it and it will be delivered in 4 days. So I was pretty happy with that. The lady that helped me was very helpful and friendly

Daniel in lawn and garden just now loaded a very heavy concrete birdbath for me and would not accept a tip. He deserves a huge thanks and recognition from his boss!!

We needed a freezer fast we had 1/4 side of beef coming the next day. Found a stand up 21 cubic ft under $1,000 So nice . Thanks to crew at the Hillsboro Ohio store.

Brandon at the Pro Desk is so valuable to your store. He has helped with our new construction and is very knowledgeable. He takes his time, is never bothered by a question, knows us by name ND helps us find EVERYTHING!!! HE'S THE REason we shop at this Lowes. We live in Michigan and building a cabin near Hillsboro.
