The store was busy but clean. I got a curbside order it was less than 5 minutes to get it. I really appreciate what they do for the veterns. Other major retailers have cut out disconts when Home Deport is still giving the discount.

I love home depot. They usually have everything I want and they are open great hours. I have redone my office two bathrooms dining room and laundry room and I'm working on my yard.

I enjoy shopping there because the store is always clean and orderly! And if you need help someone always shows up and helps you. Good place to get what you need!

Great Black Friday deals also had donuts and juice for the early bird customers. Donuts were still warm.

Free Kids Workshop! So neat for the kiddos.
First Sat of every month. If you can't make it in, you can stop by and pick up a kit to complete at home!
I think you can sign up online, but it isn't necessary. It's from 9am- noon.
When doing the project at the store, they provide the tools, the paint, and cute aprons for the kids.

Teaches the kids to use a hammer and nails, follow instructions, and be artistic!

Great products, good customer service, good contractor parking

Just had to return a few things and Lilli at the customer service desk was so bright and cheerful. Especially after surviving Black Friday ! In and out just like I like it!

Had 2 of the 3 things I wanted. Associate was very helpful in finding what I wanted.

At the Hamilton/Fairfield Township store, the man that works in plumbing has been very helpful on multiple occasions. He is a real asset to the store. Every time I'm in there it's clear that customers gravitate to him as he is approachable and knowledgeable.

It was very nice.I had someone who helped me find what I came for.So was ready to order it Front desk asked one more employee and he found 2.Was a summer product and said there was 15 in store.

I believe she is a assistant manager and I believe her name is Claudia or Claudette I know she was walking around the store with a plastic gray cast on her leg and continue to do more than most with a smile on her face thank you for being a great example Home Depot should be very proud

Qucik trip. Went in to get some keys cut. Both team members(shift change) who helped me were fast and friendly. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes

Home Depot is my second home if I’m not working or at my own house I’m here buying things needed to keep my business running smoothly. I’m Always in and out and Every time I come in everyone is so friendly and I always get asked if I need help. Love this location!

I would never leave this place if I didn't have to.

Used the curbside pick up option today for a few random things. The foam board was awkward and didn't fit easily into my SUV. Chris working curbside went above and beyond to assist and accommodate my situation. Thank you Team Home Depot Bridgewater Falls!

We recently went to purchase a gas grill...loved the selection and the employees were friendly and very helpful. The one we chose was showing they had three in stock..turned out they didn't have any, so the manager was kind enough to give us an up-grade AND they put it together for free!!!...not to mention they support our Armed Forces and gave him a Military Discount for his service to our country. We are dedicated Home Depot now!! Thank You for a great experience!!!

Excellent on-line order / curbside pickup experience. Order was ready for pickup in 17 minutes. After on-line check-in they brought my purchase out to car in 3 minutes. Guy wearing mask correctly and no contact. Everything perfect. Thanks!

I had an unusual request and the young man who I as to assist me said he was just coming on shift. I apologized but he said not to worry he would take care of it. He was extremely helpful and offered two possible
ways of resolving my problem. He also was kind enough to walk the entire length of the building to the other section where the second alternative could be found. I regret that I did not give his name but I wanted you to know that your personnel were doing an excellent job.
