Great Scott! From the moment I knew I needed a new car to go to the lake next weekend to the moment Noah O'Byrne at Prestige Toyota handed me the keys, I felt valued and treated well. I will definitely go to them again the next time i need a 4x4 and to get Biff to give it 2 coats of wax. Great overall experience. I would love to go back to 1955 and do it over again. Prestige Toyota gets a perfect score of 1.21 gigawatts.

Top Notch customer service in the service department. They kept me informed every step of the way. No pressure to do extra work that isn't critical, but they are well informed and knowledgeable. Very thorough when explaining a critical issue that must have immediate attention. Great experience every time I go.

Came in with a car spouting smoke from its tailpipe and engine check light on. Learned I needed new catalytic converter. Delighted to find our extended warranty covered this. Provided with a brand new loaner overnight while folks replaced damaged item. Service folks beyond friendly, helpful.

Update as of 9/28/24: worked with Tyler and Chris (fantastic salespeople and great guys) to lease a new Hyundai Tucson. They walked us through the entire process, made it easy and never once pushed us into or oversold anything. Tyler even worked directly with our insurance agent to make sure the transition process was seamless and continuously followed up before signing day. My 2nd 5-star rating for this top notch dealership in 3 years!

What an excellent experience I had here. My car was a 2004 and got towed to prestige after breaking down in Kingston. I am not from this area, so I was freaking out about getting fast and quality service. Peter and his team were PHENOMENAL in squeezing me in, calling me back, and making this process super simple. I ended up not going through with the repairs, but Pete was kind enough to take off my plates and prepare the car for scraping. Overall excellent service - highly recommend.

I had a phenomenal experience, I haven't owned a car for more than 45 years and never a new one. I was truly unsure of what I should buy. Noah, Gino and Tommy never made me feel pressured. Due to new cars being in short supply added another layer of indecision on my part. Through it all Gino looked what they had coming that most fit what I wanted. I changed my thoughts at least 3 times and with all of this they continued to assist me to make the best decision for me. So I ended up with a Toyota Venza and am very pleased with the choice they helped me make. Lauren the Business Mgr. also made this a great experience.

Buying our Hyundai Santa Fe from Prestige was an excellent experience. Everyone we worked with was very friendly and helpful. Chris Hall who sold my boyfriend and I the car was very down to earth and knowledgeable about what he was selling us. He made everything very easy. Answered all our questions and helped us with any of our concerns. When making our decision my boyfriend said besides it being a great car, I really like the relationship. The comfort point was a huge selling point for us and we are still very happy with our choice. I love my new(used) car! I would recommend Prestige Toyota to anyone looking for Toyota or Hyundai.

We went to Prestige Toyota to find a car for our daughter, a new driver. We had a list of cars to look at, and a list of features that were important to us. Kyle suggested that our daughter test drive a car we didn’t know anything about, and it ended up being exactly the right fit for her. Paperwork was easy, people were friendly, and we were very pleased with the experience - and the car!
