This is a very cool store with many high quality unique items and a very friendly helpful staff. I bought a beautiful blown glass Apple, that was museum quality and made a great gift for my good friend in Japan. The chocolates are amazing. If you're looking for quality one of a kind gifts, this is my favorite go to spot in Ithaca.

Stephanie was incredibly helpful, I don't know jewelry at all and she found the perfect gift for my baby sister; so friendly, knew the inventory by heart and I had a great experience. Thank you, thank you

This store is a feast for the eyes, of exquisite and clever and unique items; with the current virus paralysis keeping us from traveling abroad, this is a great time to go wandering in the fresh air of the Commons and stop by this gem of a shop. I could not escape without buying a beautiful pair of earrings, a delicate little Zen handmade jigsaw puzzle, and a very reasonably-priced bar of artisan chocolate. Indeed, for the work and craftmanship and taste involved, everything was affordable and even more hard to resist as a result. I hadn't been there for too long, but will go again soon. You just can't look for things like this online, they make the impact in the store -- though, having said that, I plan to view their website to get prepped for the next in-person visit. I attach a picture of a wonderful owl pillow my daughter bought there not long ago.

This is run by charming woman who knows everything about each piece on sale in her store. My wife and I before we had children had bought some Christmas ornaments here which we still put on our tree and dearly love. It is still the same shop and The same owner.
We were offered bottled water when we arrived which was very nice for the warm day.
We ended up buying some chocolates which were exceptional and I was able to get a delightful Mother’s Day gift for my wife. I highly recommend a trip to 15 steps.

I love this store. When I need something special for a gift or for myself I am always pleased. Keep up the great work.

The people in the shop are always kind and helpful. One of the ladies helped me pick out a gift for my mom, and my mom loved it! They have wonderful unique things. The goods hey range in price from not too pricey to super special occasion. It's a lot of fun to just go in and look too.

Beautiful jewelry, gorgeous craft items; their buyers are spot on. This is where we do most of our Commons holiday shopping. I have purchased jewelry, Xmas tree decorations and even clothing from 15 Steps. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful, without being overbearing. They were especially kind to my teen son, who last year wanted to do holiday shopping alone. He went there and they helped him pick out several nice gifts.

I've been in the store many times over the years, and it's always a pleasure. The employees are polite, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about all the wonderful things they sell.
They were very helpful in finding a specific artist's print I'd seen in the store a few years ago, that I fell in love with. And they did their best to retrieve what I was looking for.

15 Steps- they always have our referral for traditional and unique wedding bands for our Brides and their partners. We can rest in the knowledge that our shared and referred couples always get the best value for their budget, expert craftsmanship, and are schooled beyond the purchase in how to care for their family heirlooms :)

Great selection of hand-spun mugs and other pottery items. Bought several beautiful mugs 50% off from the sale table they frequently display. Definitely a destination for any other avid coffee and tea drinkers. Will be going back again soon for sure!

I had low expectations when we wandered in here as tourists. Yet I walked out with 3 purchases I love. I really like how they label things with the US state that the artists/craftpersons are from. Also they many items made here in Ithaca. Beautiful things!!!! Price points for all!!!!!!

From the first time I went into 15 Steps I have loved the pieces and the people who work there. Everything is well maintained and beautifully kept. The best part is that you can find something for yourself or as a gift at just about any price point. I love everything I've gotten from this wonderful store.

Quality of the products in this store are exceptional, most locally hand crafted. It was very friendly atmosphere the day we were there it was very hot outside, the owners gave us a bottle of cold water each which was very thoughtful, very nice store.
