On Lake Desolation NY very small quiet lake in the southern Adirondacks. Good bar food and drink selections.

This is a great little bar situated right across from Lake Desolation. Incredible food great staff and ice cold beer. We come here whenever we are in the area camping. Their food is always made fresh and very delicious. They have both inside and outside seating and can handle a large group if needed. A true find.

Love this place. The food and atmosphere is good. Locals are friendly. Has a nice view of the water.

The New Owners have knocked it out of the Park! Kept ALL the previous wonderful things and have Added to it!! Brava!

Love tinnys! A must stop on the saratoga County snowmobile trail. Also Great views of the lake from the patio. Good beer selection!

We had a fantastic dinner at Tinney's Tavern after climbing Spruce Mountain fire tower.
We loved the friendly atmosphere, the food was delicious!!
We highly recommend a visit.
We will return on our next trip to climb Hadley Mountain fire tower!

Gem at top of mountain w lakeside view and casual, friendly atmosphere with fantastic food! People snowmobiled up and put helmets on the long table provided (I was wondering).
Better than pub food arrived. Daughter's chicken Alfredo was covered in freshest, most flaky sauce ever, and she loved the chicken better than what she'd put up w in Boston. Husband loved his prime rib. Great salad. Interesting specials. Lots to try on menu and pub staples like pizza and wings are local favorites. Now we know why. Service excellent. Prices reasonable. Parking can get creative.

Nestled on a lake, this is a cool stop off point for some crisp clean beer on tap and some good eats. I came with a party of 6 total on a motorcycle ride, upon a recommendation from one of the riders, that is a regular . Some of the items ordered were the prime rib special, chicken wings, French fries, and a burger, all of which hit home runs. No frills cool spot. There is seating inside and out, plenty of parking. The server was friendly. I will be back !

Tinney's is a wonderful place for food and being with friends. Service is great, and there is a very nice selection of items on the menu. Plenty of parking and an excellent view of the lake.

Great spot after a long day of snowmobiling! Great towny vibe, foods great and service is fast considering how super packed it was for a sat! Tho this is the case generally, burger and wings are our go to!

Always fresh. Definitely go for the specials every time. Also a great selection of local brews on tap. Gorgeous bar top ( check it out when you go.)

I go here quite a lot for take out. Very friendly and quick service. The Tinny's burger is the best burger from anywhere around here.

Best experience we've had at a restaurant in a long time. Food was great and the restautant has an amazing view. We sat out on the deck which was very comfortable. But above all the service was fantastic. The bartender wad very sweet and helpful, always had a smile on her face and our drinks were never empty. I believe one of the owners came out as well and asked us how we were. Very nice touch. This will probably be a regular spot for us now. Keep up the great work!

Fantastic Fish and Chips. Huge portion for at least two meals. Nice and crisp beer batter, fries and slaw. The give you a large fresh salad with the meal that is big enough for a meal itself....big thumbs up....go there.... you'll be pleased.
