The care and attention from the ER medical worker Chris was amazing. He was patient while he listened to my concerns and made sure I was comfortable. There were 3 other medical workers that worked with Chris that were also amazing. All of them truly cared about my well being and worked tirelessly to attend to me and all the other patients in the ER. I would highly recommend going to this hospital. Thank you Chris and all the other medical staff members for working so hard!

Overall my experience was amazing! There was only 1 person who left a bad taste in my mouth, but even after discussing it with the manager, I was assured it would be handled! And I believe the manager! Most of the staff during my day was exceptionally good nurses and staff! No matter what position they held this hospital staff does pretty damn good at picking who they hire! Humanity means everything to me and should be important to the world! Therefore, yes, this hospital took VERY VERY good care of me and I can’t thank you guys enough! They SAVED MY LIFE!!!! Thanks NY Prezzzzzzzz

Went to the emergency room, was attended in a timely manner. The staff was really on top of their game, and I was lucky enough to have a great doctor take care of me. Impressed by the professionalism.

I want to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the radiologist, Dr. Podhaizer, for their invaluable contribution to my procedure. Dr. Podhaizer's expertise in radiology played a crucial role in ensuring the success of the spinal cord puncture. Their ability to accurately guide the procedure using advanced imaging techniques was impressive. Their attention to detail and commitment to patient comfort were truly remarkable.
Additionally, I would like to acknowledge the technologist, Daniel, for their outstanding support and professionalism. Daniel's assistance throughout the procedure was invaluable. Their competence and attentiveness made me feel at ease and ensured a smooth and comfortable experience. Their presence and expertise greatly contributed to the overall success of the procedure.

I am pleased to share that I didn't feel any discomfort during the spinal cord puncture. I delivered my baby at this hospital after having so much anxiety giving birth there because my first child was born LIJ not knowing much about the hospital. From the minute I walked in everyone that took care of me and my son was just the best experience I’ve had in a hospital Nurse March and nurse Jenny was just amazing. Im happy I had my baby there.

I can't go with everyone's own opinion and yet they are entitled to give their own. I can only go with my own contact plus experience and that was a very positive one as well. My wife had total knee replacement surgery done here and it was a success. Her Doctor, the staff and security was always a pleasant experience whenever I had contact with them.

Sometimes I just can't understand people, put yourself in their shoes, walk and do their stressful job during this pandemic and see how you come out in the end. I'm sure if you talk to someone with respect, you will receive that in return. If someone gives you attitude, then you let them know your not there to make matters worst. Let them know you treat people with respect because it's what you want in return and again I believe you will receive an apology and get respect in return.

My grandmother was taking here to ER, E-Tap, to the 5th floor in west building everyone was amazing. They treated her like a family member. I called a few times a day and they were kind and helpful. We had a wonderful experience. Thank you to the nurse supervisor 5th floor west, Althena Marriott, Karen E-Tap, the nurses and dr. In ER, E-Tap and 5th floor all shifts.

I love this hospital. Thankfully I haven’t needed a hospital often but I came here in 2021 with my child, and the staff were so caring and patient. I came here yesterday with stomach pain. The nurse was excellent at taking my blood even though my veins are small and hard to find. The doctor was very compassionate and caring and answered all my questions. Everyone from the transporters and check in ladies to the lab techs and sonogram/ CT specialists were kind and thorough. If I saw one of the transport team or someone from check in later walking around, they remembered me and asked how I was feeling. Very kind and knowledgeable staff.

I become very ill during travel and came to this ER. I've been to number of ERs over the years but this one stood out because of the staff. Not only did everyone I came into contact with treat me with great care and respect, but in the hours I was there I got to observe how all of the other patients were treated the same way. It's pretty common for people to experience impatience and dismissiveness in these settings, but everyone from EMTS, nurses, Techs, doctors, etc, treated each patient like they were they're only patient. If I lived anywhere near here this would be my go-to medical center.

My wife and I are thankful for this hospital baby. We are especially grateful for Dr. Na who has delivered two babies for us and is a fantastic doctor. The labor and delivery nursing staff is also outstanding. The cafeteria in the basement is a little-known secret, offering many good food options, especially for breakfast!

My wife gave birth to this hospital. The staff are very nice, patience, helpful, knowledgeable and very attentive. Our journey is not easy but you guys helped us a lot especially Nurse Lynette from mother and baby dept, thank you all so much. from Jefferson, Tanni and Baby Sky.

Yesterday,we had my 4 year old daughter's teeth extracted, the hospital is very clean, the hospital staff is very kind, the doctors are very friendly and professional , I am very satisfied, I thank New York-Presbyterian Hospital.💐💐💐💕

New York Presbyterian hospital in flushing queens is doing outstanding things. I would like to thank the administration for your outstanding leadership in this health care venue. The hospital has outstanding doctors, nurses, and technical staff. I was in this hospital for three days in the cardiology unit. The following, nurses were outstanding health care professionals. Rachel Yun Rn. Zarifa Grani Rn. Colleen Gravin Rn. Rachel Yun was my primary nurse she was outstanding and dedicated medical professional. I write my opinion in my faith in GD. And the most highest of the universe. They are doing great things in flushing queens. 🙏

The registration was quick and efficient. Wait time was less than 20 mins. I couldn’t believe it!!!! The doctors and nurses were very attentive and caring. I could go on and on. You guys were amazing! Thank you for taking good care of my dad..

Best hospital I've ever been to in NY. My entire family comes here. I went there 3 different times (ER) and the service and treatment was second to none. Waiting time was less than 30 mins. and the room had many people waiting. The doctors and staff working there are truly amazing. Thanks for the great service.

I appreciate all of the nurses, doctors and staff who took care of me during my stay at the hospital. I had more pain than I expected following my surgery and I felt like my needs were taken care of. I asked for imaging because I was truly concerned about the severe pain I was in and I felt completely relieved when I learned of my normal CT scan. Thank you to all of the doctors who took me seriously. Thank you to all of the transport and staff, food service, security and cleaning staff. You are all appreciated!

We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Justin L Wang at 6 North. It was truly comforting every time my 81 year-old mother saw him. He explained things every step of the way and when the medical team came to visit, he would act as the interpreter. I remembered he even stayed overtime to secure ERCP time. Dr. Wang has a great personality and is both informative and caring. Thank you, Dr. Wang.

My wife delivered our first son here. Everything went smoothly and nice. We got even better that we expected. And want to mention one person who becomes aunty for us. Our son couldn’t take a breastfeeding, and my wife was so upset. And we almost gave up and asked for infant formula, so Lynette heard about it and came to our room to explain everything. All of the doctors are very nice. And all of them thought us how to feed a baby. And we really appreciate it. However baby still didn’t want to take a breastfeeding. And under Ms Lynette’s guidance we could feed our baby with natural milk.
