This set was absolutely beautiful. The customer service was amazing there was no wait for anything. I love the fact that they were right by your side from start to finish 😊 I would highly recommend. Oh and the set is so soft and comfortable. I will update once my order is ready for pick up.

Old Brick was one of the stores I shopped at for a new tv stand with an electric fireplace in it. I actually went there first and then on to other stores to see what they had to offer and then went back there to do the final sale. Easy to work with salesman, nice piece of furniture, and price was very good. Looking forward to its arrival. I definitely will go back to Old Brick for other furniture choices.

Just moved to the area from Florida with no furniture.. I have been shopping around and needed to find a store where I could fill my apt. With beautiful furniture.. I am a very fussy person and was doubtful I would find such a.place.
Someone recommended Old Brick.. so I went there yesterday. What a selection & great service.
I was able to find everything I need. I can't wait for it to arrive. I was also fortunate to receive their 0% interest rate as well . I highly recommend Old BRICK!!

We went in just after Christmas to look for a new couch and some chairs. After looking through the store, we asked for a sales associate to help us out -- Jason was friendly, incredibly helpful, and guided us though our choices with accent pillows, patterns, and all the way through custom ordering and delivery process.

Just as Jason advised, we took delivery 4 weeks later. Communication from the logistics and delivery team was great (after selecting a delivery day, we were given a 2-hour window and a link to follow the truck). When the delivery team arrived, Kevin and his partner came in, saw the path to the delivery destination, made friends with the cat, and proceeded to move-in and set-up the new furniture.

Within minutes, the furniture was in, the packaging was gone, and the guys were on to their next stop.

We are very happy with our purchase and with all of the team members that helped us with our purchase.

Everything about Old Brick (Rotterdam) is 5 star. Best experience I have ever had looking to purchase furniture. Very welcoming feeling, zero pressure sales staff that had no problem answering any questions. Delivery options are all about customer convenience. Old Brick knows how to satisfy their customers. We have purchased furniture here many times over the years and it has always been a good experience. They have a great selection, from classic/traditional to contemporary/modern and the repayment plans are very reasonable. Hoping they will get some more mid-century modern soon ;)

We love Old Brick. Nearly all of our furniture has been purchased there - mattress, various end tables/cabinets, two kitchen tables, a sectional, a living room set, and much more.

We were concerned with the merger they may lose who they were but they stuck with it. No pushy sales, no commission - the everyone working together bit is great. They let you shop and don't jump all over you.

Plus, if you don't like something they don't pressure you like they do at some of the other places.

Quality of furniture seems good. They have budget and high end there.

Our salesman Sam was excellent!! No pressure, low key and very knowledgeable. We took advantage of the zero percent financing as I always say why spend your own money up front when you can spend someone else's. Selection was very good and they have furniture rated good to excellent. I would recommend them if you are looking for good furniture at a decent price!!

We recently moved back to NY and needed furnishings- Old Brick has some great prices for quality furniture! Customer service was great, explained the options for financing, and provided a great experience! It was a pleasure to shop at Old Brick in both the Rotterdam and Albany stores. It was a relaxing experience without being attacked and followed through the store like other furniture stores I’ve been in. I would highly recommend the Old Brick stores for your furniture needs.

My husband and I were in the market for two recliner chairs, specifically that swivel. We had a list of stores we were going to go to, and started off with Old Brick. We walked in and were greeted by Dave…and that was it! Dave was kind, understood what we were looking for and pointed us in the right direction. It was so refreshing to shop for furniture without a salesperson hovering. Dave gave us our space, and was readily available to answer our questions. His honesty was refreshing! We found our chairs, spent time with Dave getting everything ordered and off we went. We didn’t go to any other stores, and left feeling like we had gotten what we needed while working with someone who was a joy to work with. I know that going forward Old Brick and Dave will always be our first choice for all of our furniture needs.

Had a sofa that was beyond saving from a chimney fire and was able to get a beautiful sofa and coordinating recliner. Sofa is on order but recline will be delivered within the week. Kevin was very helpful and accommodating. Thank you so much.

Bought our first bed here yesterday and Dave did a fantastic job helping us pick one out. Highly recommend getting the match bed test done if you're a first time buyer and don't know what you are looking for. Definitely will be coming back.

Huge selection. Reasonable prices. Best compliment is the sales people say hello and leave you be to explore and don't hound, push sales or follow like other places! We have purchased table and chairs, couches, chairs and mattresses over the years. All quality.
