The Kitchen at Tioga Downs

Very good food..

The kitchen staff that seated me was very nice. I couldn't ask for better service. The food was ok but not the best, and I never complain. I'm very easy to get along with. The staff as I was entering the restaurant was very rude and proceeded to yell at me because I had walked past the sign where I was supposed to stop. I am very short and honestly did not even see the sign and there were 3 people ahead of me standing in the same area but she chose to yell at me. I was super embarrassed and I come there at least 3 times a week and give lots of business. I didnt feel welcomed or comfortable at all. I will only be eating at the other places in the downs after this. I was so upset. To the wait staff and cooks I applaud you and thank you very very much. To the cashier who was rude I am sorry if you were having a bad day but please dont take it out on customers who are there frequently.

My husband and I ate there on September 16th 2021. He ordered the fried chicken and I ordered the salisbury steak. Both were dry and overcooked. Neither one of us could eat. So we left and we will never go there again.

Went there as I had added pinpoint on my casino card … please SAVE YOUE MONEY! While the wait staff was pleasant and obviously over worked .. the food ….. you could get better out of a Home ec class in some high school. I hate the simplest hot dog n Mac n cheese with a salad . The salad was only that , greens and 2 tomatoes.. no cheese , croutons , oh apologies it had 2 cucumber slices… honestly the only thing edible . The hot dog was way over cooked the hun , was so dry n stale … so condiments offered other than ketchup n mustard . The Mac n cheese … omg just let me say watered down noodles .. bland , no cheese absolutely DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!! Don’t eat here !!!!! At all !! Whomever is the manager needs to be taste testing the food going out because if he did maybe things would be actually edible !!!! I usually find positive in my reviews but wow !!! No no no no for the food !!!!!! Don’t do it !!!!!

Food was lukewarm and looked as if it was microwaved prior to serving. Chicken was dry, tough and inedible. Glad I ordered a salad on the side as that was the only palatable portion of the meal. Don't recommend.
