Holiday Inn Express & Suites Columbus Airport, an IHG Hotel

I stayed for a night and it was so great! The breakfast and airport shuttle were so nice and convenient! I also left something in my room and couldn't go back for it. I called and someone had it sent out to me. I just got it back in perfect condition and I am so so grateful!!!! 10/10 highly recommend and will stay again if I'm in the area!

Excellent customer service from Dave at the front desk. The rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable. The location is convenient.

Stay here because our flight back home was oversold. However, it was a very nice hotel. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was available, but we had to leave early. The clerk did prepare a to go bag for us. The staff was very personable and professional. Our shuttle driver went above and beyond being helpful, considering it was snowy and freezing. I would recommend this hotel.

I originally had issues once I got to my room and headed immediately back to front desk. Did not get his name but the gentleman working the front desk got me a new room. He very polite and nice to deal with. The room itself was nice. Nothing special to write about either way other than it was clean. The ladies in the kitchen had a lovely breakfast prepared the next morning. Good amount of items to choose from, food was hot and tasted pretty good. I would definitely stay here again.

Becki is the best front desk worker and the rest of them are great as well. Excellent service, excellent stay, excellent staff!

The hotel is nice, friendly staff except for the guy who told us about a restaurant to check out but it was closed. Great area it some of everything in the area as well will visit again in the future.

My son set me up in this room so I can visit him while I was here in town. My room is beautiful freshly remodeled decorated wonderful and the bed was fantastic. They have a great breakfast every morning and the staff has all been very friendly.

Friendly staff. It is near lot of places to eat. Less than 10 minutes from the airport. Room looking brand new. Great for my two night stay. I do recommend the place

The room was clean and comfortable. I love how the pillowcases have, in small print, the words "firm" and "soft". The staff was very welcoming and friendly. And the pool area was clean and in good running order. I did, however, sense that the room may have been a smoking room, once upon a time. It is not an overpowering or bad smell by any means, but just tiny enough for me to take notice.

The staff was amazing, super-nice, and helpful! The room and the rest of the hotel were a little dated, the room was clean and the beds and pillows were super comfortable and the air conditioning worked really well.

The cost was fairly reasonable and is a little gem by the airport.

The staff at the hotel was absolutely awesome to work with. Prepared for our group, always keeping in contact and had everything ready and organized for us at arrival. We were able to check in 20+ people in less than 5 minutes. Kids loved the pool, loved spying the army men around the hotel & the story with it along with having a pizza party at night. Everything was wonderful!

Clean, quiet rooms, good coffee nice staff

Nice newly updated rooms, which include mini fridge, microwave & coffee maker. King room had plenty of space. Located close to many things.

Our experience was very good. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The room wasn't anything special but it was comfortable and clean and worked for us.

My family had to stay in a hotel due to a sewage issue at our house. This location was packed but the hotel
attendant, Tyrone, demonstrated unparalleled customer service. He shifted rooms around to make sure me and my family had a room. We are so grateful for his work and the room was spotless!
