Holiday Inn Express & Suites Columbus Airport East, an IHG Hotel

Stayed one night and it wasn't bad at all. The room was comfy, clean, and was great besides one thing...we ended up beside a mechanical room...we didn't notice until about 3 am that in the mechanical room something would turn off and on raising the noise in the room by 25 decibels about every 3-4 minutes. To say we didn't sleep after that is an understatement. We were in room 118 bottom floor...do NOT use that room. When checking out the front desk clerk said that yes they have had many complaints about the same thing...if that's the case why would you still put paying guests into a room that people can't sleep due to noise. Very annoying to be fully honest. We would give the hotel another chance as long as we were NOT close to said room. The video is the noise we kept hearing...

If you're ever in Columbus, OH, this is the place to stay. Rooms are clean, staff are pleasant and helpful. The breakfast is delicious with a large selection of items. Would definitely stay here again!

Had a great stay here. Staff was wonderful and the breakfast was great. Rooms were clean, spacious and well-decorated. Cleaned daily during my stay. Make sure you have transportation if you are staying here as the walking infrastructure is not built up in this city and around this location sidewalks are sparse and there's no walking signs along the street in front of the hotel.

This was the best stay ever. Put me in a corner room. First floor. Staff was excellent. Complimentary water and snack. That's why I keep coming back.

You could not ask for a friendlier staff. I would go back to this Holiday Inn just for the staff. The room was clean and I was happy that there was plenty of towels. Very nice breakfast selection in the morning.

This is a nice hotel. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was firm and pillows were soft, I slept so well. The wheelchair accessibility is good. There were bars where needed and the roll in shower is always a nice touch. While I didn't use the pool, it is also accessible with a lift for disabled guests. Staff was friendly and it was conveniently located less than a mile from the hospital we were visiting and surrounded by food options and shopping.

This turned out to be a great hotel. I was in Columbus for a week for a work trip and we just stayed here last minute. And I'm very glad that we did. The rooms are actually really nice, the bathroom looks brand new and the shower is huge!! And you can't beat that free breakfast of scrambled eggs and pancakes.

The staff from the Front desk, Housekeepers, and Kitchen staff all get five Stars... Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Very nice hotel and convenient location to restaurants and the airport. Our room was handicap ♿ accessible and even has a hearing impaired doorbell

The parking is very good with multiple handicap ♿ accessible spots. The staff from the front desk is very nice and friendly as well as helpful. The breakfast room very nice and very good food with a good variety 😋

The breakfast attendant was wonderful and very friendly and explained where he gets the pork sausage for the breakfast that my wife likes.

Great experience. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and very nice to talk to. Breakfast was greasy and always being refilled and taken care of. Pool area was well maintain. We really enjoyed our stayed, I would recommend this hotel and plan to return to this one upon our return to Columbus.

This hotel was much nicer than I was expecting for the price! We arrived very late after landing at 1am. I called ahead to notify them that we were still coming and they had our key all ready for us. It was well lit and I felt safe there traveling with my child. There was a dog odor in the room, but when we turned on the air it dissipated quickly. The beds were comfy and the room was clean and recently updated. Breakfast was standard hotel hot breakfast with a pancake machine. It was well stocked and the staff working it was friendly.

Our room was spacious/functional and the bed was super comfortable. The free breakfast had a variety of options from warm to cold choices. They had a little area to purchase drinks, snacks and frozen meals. All the amenities you could ask for- laundry, pool, fitness. The front desk staff were all friendly and helpful. Our entire stay was great and we will definitely stay here again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfy. I appreciate that the pillows had soft and firm written on them. The toiletries in the bathroom smelled fantastic and worked very well. The breakfast was really good too! They even have a pancake machine!

Alright let's start with this! My friend got sick prior to us getting there... And starting with the front desk (Veronica), she and her team were wonderful with hospitality! The rooms clean, the breakfast amazing and it gave us time to rest and reciprocate. Our stay was amazing and we are very grateful for the team of people who made it great.

Alright, let me start with this... My wife got sick before we got there and the front desk crew (starting with Veronica) we're absolutely amazing and created a "we want you to feel better" environment second to none! Thank you Veronica!
Second: the rooms are amazing. The staff or what I call the TEAM treated us like family.
We had breakfast every morning (good not great but better than most.)
The pool, the hot tub, AMAZING!
The gym was nice...
The people who work there, nicer than you can expect.
I highly recommend this property and it is walking distance to places you might need like Walgreens, Dollar store and food.
10 minutes from downtown or the airport, give them a try and tell them Robert said hi.

This hotel is lovely! I would highly recommend a stay here. The rooms are sparkling, the staff are friendly and warm, and it’s in a nice location.
The only qualms I would have or improvements that could be made are the breakfast is a little lack luster (it does the job but don’t expect too much), and the gym has all the necessary equipment in working condition but no towels or sanitizing towels (which is naaaasty).
Other than that we loved it!!
