It’s been an amazing experience. The rooms are nice and comfy, VERY SPACIOUS, and all the workers are incredibly kind and understanding. The rooms are cleaned regularly and everything is always stocked up. Would highly recommend staying here for a night, a week, or even a few months it’s been amazing!

I’ve loved my time at TownePlace Suites. It’s hard to leave. It seems like every year I just come back. There are kitchens and bedrooms. The staff including Sharon, Travis, Mark, and Tammy, are very accommodating and flexible with us. Thank you Marriott family!

Staying here has been a great experience. My wife and I have enjoyed our room and would recommend it to others. The free airport shuttle is also really nice!

I stayed here over the summer while working and this place has been great. They clean the rooms regularly, staff is very nice & helpful, and it is in a great location. I have had a great experience at this location.

Staying here for a few months for work, this is one of the most comfortable places I've ever stayed. Room is nice and updated, crisp sheets and Marriott mattresses. Everyone here is really friendly, and Gio is an absolute angel. She's taken care of every thing I could've asked for, and she never lets me forget to pick up my mail as I walk through the lobby.

Incredible services! Breakfast is always consistent and edible. Highly recommend for any fellow passing travelers or extended stayers. Room service is timely and always done well!

I’ve stayed here twice now. Both times have been super great. It’s very clean, smells nice most of the time. Everyone is very nice and friendly.

I stayed here for 5 days for a conference, it would have been the worst business trip I was on if it wasnt for this hotel. The staff at this townplace was just about the only thing that made the whole trip worthwhile. Mark was very helpful with my check in and made it all the pleasure. My favorite was Gio, her personality is what brightened up my every day. Would stay again and highly recommend.

This is my favorite TownePlace in all of Ohio, it's close to shops and places to eat down the street, and it's still tucked away in a nice quiet block. And Sharon is the absolute best, she always takes care of us and sees us every morning, she's like family. Wish I could just move in here!

Hotel is near to Airport and it is neat and clean. Hotel has kitchen which makes life easier to cook food. Kroger is nearby to buy groceries.

Staff is very helpful and welcoming. I definitely want to stay here for my next visit.

We stayed for the three day holiday weekend. I was apprehensive because of the low nightly rate and set my expectations lower. I was totally wrong in my thoughts.
The staff members are welcoming and friendly. The modern rooms are well appointed and the beds are very comfortable. I'm giving a shout out to Karen, the housekeeping manager, and her staff for a squeaky clean stay. They are constantly on the move tending to the property. Outstanding work!
We enjoyed our time and will book again when we're back in Columbus!

It is a great hotel with excellent service ! What an amazing experience it has been. Marc and Sharon at the front desk are awesome.

Can I say, that Ms. Karen Todd went way above and beyond for service! She was so gracious with getting us extra items and so sweet to us and our dog. The note she left us was an extra touch!

We have stayed here off and on for over 1.5 years because of business. Everyone is friendly and make you feel at home. If there ever was a problem they would fix it right away. Always welcomed us by name.

Love the staff, the cleaning is way better than I would've expected and the even have a free airport shuttle!

Everybody I dealt with at the front desk was very nice and helpful, and always offered assistance with anything we needed. Our room was decent, and had a kitchen to cook in which helped a lot, and it was clean. The only complaints I have is that one, the power went out quite a few times during super windy days and sometimes took hours to restore, and two my son said they only cooked bacon when we had to go to work and school because he never got it on the weekend. Other than that my son and I couldn't complain.

Always stay here when I'm in town. I like the location it's close to lots of places to eat. My favorite is seeing Gio when I check in, and Sharon when I check out !!
