Whalen's Horseradish Products

Found this product at one of the local festivals. I’m a sucker for horseradish, especially with roast beef, so I tried their samples. When I say they have the BEST horseradish sauce, I mean it! It’s creamy, not too spicy, but PACKED with that horseradish flavor. They absolutely nailed this sauce. We got a jar and have been eating it on EVERYTHING, using it like mayo for sandwiches, as a sauce for grilled meats, as a dip for veggies… even my kids love it. I will definitely be buying more when this jar runs out!!!

Whalen’s Horseradish is amazing! Everything I’ve tried is delicious ABSOLUTELY delicious. The love cups are a perfect way to sample some of their spreads... and makes a great stocking stuffer too! It’s a flavor that can’t be duplicated. Please do yourself a favor.. try it!

Purchased the horseradish sauce at the NY Welcome Center. As aficionados my husband and I are delighted with this delicious product. It's head and shoulders above anything we've found in 30 years. Such a perfect balance that compliments anything you use it with. Just plain yummy scrummy- you really need to include it in your pantry.

Hands down the very best mustard in the business, period!!!! If you like horseradish, and mustard, this product is a MUST have!!!

Just received latest variety of Whalen's products. I moved from Rock City Falls 27 years ago but still need my Whalen's fix. The very best horseradish. I now get it shipped to my South Carolina home and it is well packaged and in a timely manner. Thanks Whalen's.

Friends and family had purchased Whalen's Horseradish Pickles (the coins, specifically) at a local farmer's market and I was immediately hooked. Just ordered three jars to keep around the house as the perfect snack. They definitely pack a punch, so be ready to clear out your sinuses! However, the garlic and brine have a wonderful flavor that isn't overpowered by the spice of the horseradish. They burn in the best way! Awesome product.

As close to my NaNa's horseradish that I've been able to find.
If only my Father were still alive to enjoy this.
Cajun Sauce on seafood is also a great treat.
Talked to Tim this am on phone he answered my questions even tho it may have seemed like I was gonna prank him (today is April 1).

Went into store this pm, nice clean store with great assortment of local products, then even gave me a sample and offered different ones that I asked about.
Since She was very knowledgeable and spot on in explaining the Cajun Sauce to me why would I need to sample all the others that I ended up buying?

Please SUPPORT LOCAL whether its the Farmers stand or the Store selling their own high quality products.
These guys are just West of Sacandaga Rd.(NY Rte147) on NY Rte 29.
I was also told about checking their website for the stores that also sell these Great Tasting products.

Stopped into Whelan's while on a weekend in the Adirondack's. So glad we did!! Purchased a sack of products. The Horseradish is the best I've ever had, and I've been eating horseradish on Easter eggs, kielbasa and ham since I was a kid. Pickles are fantastic. My wife came home from her nursing shift the other night and ate half the horseradish cheese. I'll eat my half tonight. Can't wait to try the mustard on my next hot dog, and the sauce on my next steak.

The Whalen Cheese Spreads all provide great taste. The many spreads with their horseradish are addictive, they are excellent. I look forward to their coming to the Cazenovia, NY Arts & Crafts Fair each summer. These spreads freeze well and are always a hit when entertaining. They are also available online.

Love their pickles! Such a good burn! I think the slices have more horseradish flavor than the spears (maybe more surface area to absorb the flavor), but that's just my opinion. I haven't tried anything else yet but I need to soon.

I bought the Hot Horseradish pickles at Ommegang brewery. When I got home and tried one, wow! A big punch of horseradish followed by garlic, peppercorns and brine. I started thinking of different foods I could pair them with-macaroni salad, tuna, sandwiches-even fried pickles. I ate half the jar and just ordered three more. Great product! Love the slogan "Fire up, eat root!"

DELICIOUS!! WOW, what a bite! We love the pickles and a new favorite I tried are the olives... Amazing. I always look forward to seeing the booth at the fair/festival so I can get my fix. But, now, you can order on line, so I can replenish sooner.

I ordered a few of Whalen's Horseradish products a few weeks ago and they are fabulous! Loved everything, especially the hot dog topping! We could eat that on everything! Big fan!

I Love It , anytime I see them selling there product , I buy at least 3 horseradish dips and pickles . Just bought some from the troy. Victorian stroll . Just that when I got home I noticed you sold me the wrong one of 3 . I wanted 2 garlic / cheddar & 1 horseradish cheddar and I got a bacon cheddar 😕.

We are grateful that such great products are so close to us. Love their products and often purchase for gifts.

What a great little store. The best unique products you can imagine. From homemade Horseradish to bloody mary mix. Wonderful place!

It's a trip to get there but it was worth it, the people are nice and a variety of horseradish things to buy. Like I said before it's a trip and well worth it 👍✌
