Very affordable community relative to the current market. I feel safe allowing my children to play here without excessive worries about their safety. The management is responsive and communicative. If I don't speak directly to the property manager, I leave a message and I hear back quickly. Maintenance is diligent and does well to handle issues quickly. The property is generally well maintained and clean. I definitely recommend for those looking for a safe and clean place to live

WOW! What a difference a few years makes! This place looks amazing compared to what it looked like with the previous owner! All the new homes are great size and beats a 3 bedroom apartment any day!

It's clean. Most of the neighbors are friendly except for the one guy who rides your bumper through there when there is only a 10 m.p.h. speed limit and speed bumps. Those are in place to protect the residents, children, elderly, pets and visitors.

I have lived here for several months now and we love it. No one bothers you, nice homes and quiet neighborhood. Management is excellent! This is not your typical mobile home park. Close to everything.
