well it's official now. After 20yrs of service SPS/Crosstex has decided that I shouldn't be their customer anymore. they refuse to sell the spores test kits direct and have us depend on local dealers to order them when we have them even tho the mail in test has a box that says last test. This used to make delivery to the local dealer automatic. Apparently checking a box on their own paperwork is too complicated.

We shouldn't have to hunt on Ebay for your kits that might have a 4 month shelf life. Now after waiting weeks for a new yearly kit we have given up on waiting and have found another company that you can call and get customer service including sales.

I hate to have our records spread over 2 companies and had tried to avoid this for the last 20yrs . But enough is enough. Hopefully Crosstex doesn't buy that company and ruin them too.

I service both body art studios and small medical and veterinary practices and this used to be my #1 recommended company . I will make sure we all switch to the new company . You have compromised our facility by not letting us access your product . When I called we had 3 test left. Plenty of time for you to ship one out .
