I've always been satistfied! Then to go out of their way through their own
stuff & try to fix it. I 've been with them since they came to Watkins.

Beware - Store hours aren't correct.

I have no problem with the Watkins Glen pharmacy itself but every time I walk toward the entrance to go in I see the most disgustingly dirty entrance, including a trash receptacle that looks like it has never been cleaned in 20 years. This entrance gives a terrible impression of the store. Can’t someone that runs this CVS assign someone to clean up the entrance and especially clean the trash bin by the door??

Called this place to see if they had a medication I needed as my pharmacy is having trouble getting it. CVS told me they had exactly what I needed so I had my doctor phone it in immediately. Drove 30 miles to get to CVS to find out they lied to me.

Came by to get a prescription, says they are open till 9pm on Saturday. Went to open the door that was unlocked and two people yelled out that they are closed. It's 5pm right now.
