Pet Supplies Plus Victor

We shopped there for the first time tonight needing to get a ton of stuff for a dog arriving sooner than expected. Brianna took us around the entire store and made thoughtful recommendations. She was so helpful and knowledgeable!! We will be shopping here from now on.

I called they had to see if they had what I needed and the girl offered to save it for me. When I got there she was really helpful. Everything I needed was in stock which was nice for a change. Usually the stores I go to never have the things I need for my pet supplies

We were able to give both of our pups baths, get em treats for doing well, we got a new bath mit brush, AND some fancy spray! We'll definitely be back!

Small store, but well stocked! Love the doggie bakery - Bones located in the store! Worth a special trip for Bones treats & cakes!!!!

What we needed and what we got were the same. Service was great and highly efficient. We will be back. Third visit and the same results. Friendly efficient and curteous and the products that we needed.

Another visit to Pet supplies Plus and the staff were just great. When a staff member gets a chair for an older gentleman to sit down so he could tie his shoe safely; that is just over the top. You don't see that kindness very often but I sure wish it were normal everywhere. Thanks for a nice experience.

This is our favorite pet store! The employees are always so helpful and our usual items are always in stock. We find their products to be excellent quality and a great price. They have a loyalty program which is great. They also have an excellent return policy if something doesn't work out.

I placed an online order for two items and they delivered them within the hour.

The staff at the Victor location are very courteous and helpful. They are friendly and knowledgeable with good advice to share. I had a great experience there this week. The self wash area was clean and plenty of supplies available to use. Definitely recommend this location and their staff!

I'm a new customer who will definitely be back! I tried their website, but couldn't use my gift card. When I called them, the young cashier was so accommodating. She took my gift card # over the phone and shopped my order, so I could do a pick up. Very friendly and caring.

We recently got a new little puppy girl and I was looking looking for something specific - Laura went above and beyond to help me find the correct product! She was so helpful and knowledgeable!

We love coming here for our two boys baths! Very roomy stations and a discount program. They even have a doggy bakery inside! We got our last birthday treat from here and was a big success and so cute. Everyone working is so friendly and helpful

Not that I'd personally eat anything here, it is one pet store that smells rather tasty. In house animal bakery? Fair prices and good services. Was greeted when I walked in, asked if I needed assistance and smooth checkout. Top notch store.

I love how caring and awesome all of the employees are here. They have a self pet wash for only $10 that's amazing and keeps our drains pet hair free and they provide at least 6 types of shampoos you can choose from! Our pup is still learning to like bathtime and the employees are super understanding! They have a huge selection of different healthy food options, toys, and accessories for both cats and dogs.They also try to do a lot of locally sourced products which is awesome, and they have their own pet bakery right inside at the Victor location!

Super friendly staff! Great products and each employee is so knowledgeable on every brand to find the right diet for your pet! Bring your dog in and you might get a sample of their fresh baked dog cookies too! ☺
