Lake Valley Legends

We loved our stay at Lake Valley Legends! Our room was super quiet and quaint. The robes, slippers, and snacks helped make our stay so personable. Vicki, the host, had great advice for us and even posted "daily activities" in the breakfast area. Having the outdoor deck to eat on was a plus in the summer. Looking forward to going back in the fall and using the firepit!

Super cute house with a great view on the porch to be enjoyed during breakfast. We only were there during the week so breakfast was a continental buffet. But didn't lack for choices, fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt, huge assortment of muffins, waffles, etc. Coffee, teas, juices... Comfortable beds and very quiet house. So close to downtown and if you don't mind climbing the hill it is walkable! Really enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I stayed here for a week in May , Lou and Vickie were the perfect host. The B&B is charming, our room was neat and clean, we had use of their large deck outside with a view of Lake Seneca, we enjoyed our wine after a long day of hiking in gorgeous Watkins Glen State Park. People in town and at the wineries couldn't be more friendlier. I would definitely come back and stay in this perfect B&B, and the breakfast was delicious everyday and brownies and cookies and cakes . Thanks again Lou and Vickie.

Booked Lake Valley Legends for my parents 40th wedding anniversary.

They loved the two night stay. Lou and Vicki went above and beyond to make their anniversary special. They stayed in the penthouse suite which had a great view of the lake. They enjoyed time on the large decks also overlooking the lake. Close to many attractions. Breakfast was excellent. The baked good were always available very delicious(my fathers favorite).

Thanks for taking such great care of my parents. Would highly recommend!

P.S. The anniversary gift left at the room by Lou and Vicki was very thoughtful and unexpected.

The photos don't do this place justice! My man and I went here for our 7th anniversary/birthday get away. It was his first experience with a B&B. He enjoyed every last bit of it! I don't think anything (in my experience) can compare. We stayed in the Lake View room with our own bathroom. Vicki & Lou are amazing people with beautiful Aura's! PLUS, they can cook! Breakfast, both mornings was beyond delicious. We didn't need to eat until dinner. I can't recommend this place enough. When we make a trip to Watkins Glen in the future, it's worth the money to make this our go to place!

I've been coming to Lake Valley Legends every year since they opened in 2011 and it's the best B&B I've ever stayed in by far. Vicki and Lou make you feel right at home with elaborate breakfasts, everything is always clean and the location is perfect to be close to town and only a few minutes away from the wineries. I've recommended these accommodations to my friends and family and they all have the same experience!

The home is a beautiful place to stay. Lou and Vicki are amazing host and the daily breakfast is on the money. You feel like your are staying at grandma's house. Great views of the lake and Watkins Glen and surrounding area is all amazing. Thanks for the great stay.

Exceptional!!! My wife and I stayed here for a little get away. Vicky & Lou have created an amazing, comfortable & warm home away from home. The house is incredibly charming. The rooms are very clean & comfortable, and the meals are exceptional. We are sure to be back again.

Spent two nights here based on the reviews from TripAdvisor. Couldn't be happier with our choice. Vickie and Lou really go out of their way to make sure your stay is perfect. The house was in great shape and very clean. The breakfasts were great and it was nice opportunity to meet the other guests. Stay here if you're in the area!

It felt like home. The hosts, Vickie and Lou are wonderful. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and their own controls for heat and a/c. The kitchen was open 24/7 with snacks and baked goods. Sunday morning's homemade breakfast was fabulous, as was Monday's continental breakfast. It's within minutes to the state Park and walking distance to town.

My wife and I spent a couple of days here after we got married. They were very accomidating. The owners were really friendly, home cooked breakfast every morning, and the even gave us a wedding gift, who does that?? The Penthouse suite is perfect for any couple looking for a getaway. 100% Recommended

Perfect quaint cozy themed rooms with a personal touch. We stay here every time we come to the finger lakes! Vickie and lou are phenomenal hosts!
