Geesler's Plumbing

I was working on a project near this store and went in for some supplies. The guy who helped me was named Steve I believe . He walked me through the project I was building and actually gave me some good ideas how to improve what I was doing. I really appreciated the time he took to help me, a wealth of knowledge you can’t find at the big box stores. I’ll be returning there for sure!

Went in looking for handles for a bathtub faucet.
They were very rude and very unhelpful. Unwilling to help me locate the part and even told me to go to Lowe's or Home Depot instead.
I definitely won't be spending any money there. If you are looking for plumbing supplies I suggest you go somewhere else.

I drove from Amsterdam ny 40 minutes to go to geesler's to pick up a product from them that I needed regardless of the price. While at the store looking at the product I asked about prices and sizes. It didnt look to be what i was looking for while trying to pull up the product i was looking for to show the gentleman he, said it was very ignorant for me and very very disrespectful for me to pull up products on amazon and prices. When they have to pay property taxes on products and repeated himself scolding me countless time within a 5 minute period. Never have I been more disrespected by a business in my life. Especially when I was pulling up and image to ask about a specific product. I will be reporting my experience to other avenue's no one should have to be treated the way I was in that manner!!!!!

Did a terrible repair job on a mobile home. Did not put a shut off valve in bathroom.
When confronted with poor repair job was told the person no longer works there.

Terrible service
