The Blackberry Inn Bed & Breakfast

The hosts, Brian and David, made sure we felt welcome and cared for. The farm- and bakery-fresh breakfasts were delicious, and we made some new friends over pancakes and coffee. The room was comfortable and clean. The location is perfect for a fall getaway, and ideal for walking to everything you want to do and see in Watkins Glen! Can't wait to come back!

We spent four nights at the Blackberry Inn and enjoyed every minute. David and Brian were terrific hosts, preparing outstanding gourmet breakfasts and providing tips on the best places to visit in the area. The Inn is centrally located and a short walk to most places in town. Our room was large, comfortable, and quiet. Overall, one of the best experiences we've had at a B&B.

We had an amazing stay at Brian and David's BnB! The breakfasts were delicious and highlighted local ingredients. They also went out of their way to accommodate a nut allergy. The location could not have been better as a "home base" for exploring the area. We could walk to all major areas in Watkins Glen, and were a short drive to Corning and Ithaca areas. The hosts were helpful with navigating all the various flx activities and shared their genuine love and knowledge of the area. I can't recommend this place enough!

Amazing place! I came here with my family of four and absolutely LOVED the service. The food was delicious and the owners were kind enough to give us two free additional scones!! Would 100% recommend this place, especially since it is so close to Watkins Glenn State Park and in the cutest little town (reminds me of Gilmore Girls for those who know)!!

Absolutely love coming here! Blackberry Inn is always the best breakfast we've ever had and we love visiting the local waterfalls and wineries. The B&B is so charming and there's so much in close walking distance. Take a walk around town and visit the new Blackberry Kitchen Cafe!

This was a perfect spot for a trip to Watkins Glen. It is located in walking distance to the Gorge, lots of restaurants and Seneca Lake. The owners were very accommodating, the room was clean and well supplied, and the breakfast was amazing! The only thing that wasn't perfect was that there is only a small porch to sit on, but otherwise no outdoor seating or space to relax outside. I'd very much recommend this Inn!

My husband and I celebrated our tenth anniversary at the Inn. Everyone was so accommodating and friendly. The food was exceptional, the bed was very comfortable. We will definitely stay there on our return visit.

The Blackberry Inn and our hosts David and Brian were everything we look (and hope) for in a bed and breakfast. David and Brian's meet and greet on the first evening was a comfortable and informative get-together. An excellent way to meet the other two couples staying at the B&B, our hosts and their dogs (only after every one of the guests agreed to having the dogs join the meet and greet). David, in particular, was a fountain of knowledge about the wineries--both on and off the wine trail. Brian and David also had well informed recommendations about the restaurants and the three ice cream shops in town. The two breakfasts we had were creative and delicious--way beyond anything we expected. Well prepared, presented and described by our hosts. Simply superb! The location on a quiet residential street was perfect: A short walk to the Watkins Glen State Park and the stunning Gorge Trail with its 19 waterfalls. A few short blocks to the main street where most of the restaurants were and a few more short blocks in a different direction to the lakefront. Our room was well kept, clean, quiet, roomy enough for the two of us and pleasantly decorated. In sum, great hosts, great food, great location and great place. As Brian would say, it was "Magnificent!"

Great location - but even better accommodations and stay. My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary. Location couldn't be better because of how close it was to walk to the state park and the lake.

The house is great and David and Brian were the best. Our room was clean and we felt safe and secure the whole time. We were a little shy about the welcome reception, but it was definitely a nice addition. David and Brian are very welcoming and it was really nice to get to know them and even the other guests.

Everyone mentions breakfast, and it is true that the breakfast should not be missed. Everything was delicious and the local food they serve is second to none.

We were already planning our trip next summer, discussing who else could join us because we had such a wonderful stay.

David was a warm and gracious innkeeper. The morning breakfast prepared by Dom was delicious. It was a super-friendly and very comfortable place to stay. We felt like family. The central, downtown Watkins Glen location was perfect - we walked to dinner and to the State Park. And, Moose (the lovable little pooch) was adorable.

We had such a great stay at the Blackberry Inn! Brian and David were amazing hosts and their farm to table breakfast each morning was incredible. We could chat with other guests and then we were ready for the day, whether heading to nearby wineries along the lake or hiking in Watkins Glen. The B&B was the perfect location in a cute neighborhood to walk downtown and get dinner. Would definitely go back and recommend to family and friends!

Fantastic stay. A small confusion regarding the reservation was quickly resolved/immediately and handled professionally with full accountability. I wish our stay was longer! The room is Spacious and meticulously clean. Restful sleep, plenty of hot water, and a 5-star breakfast. Brian, David, and Dominic are gracious, welcoming, and genuinely care about your stay. You can not beat the location for a Watkins stay. Ample and safe parking and the entire Village is at your "toe-tips".
If you are lucky, engage Brian at the breakfast table for the local goings on in the Village... you won't be disappointed.

We enjoyed our stay. Our room was comfortable, breakfasts were delicious, the location is great to walk to restaurants or other venues throughout the town and the hosts were friendly and accommodating. We appreciated the information they provided about local/area restaurants - especially which were chef owned/operated. We no longer have a dog, so I enjoyed Moose's willingness to be petted.

Place was awesome, Brian, David and Dominick were so wonderful cannot say enough good things. Place was CLEAN. Location incredible. We parked our car for two days and just walked everywhere! We really enjoyed our 3-night stay at Blackberry Inn in September. David and Bryan have done a wonderful job of making the home beautiful and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the welcome reception with other guests and chatting each morning over the very delicious breakfast. Special thanks to Dominic for his amazing baked goods (including gluten free ones for me).

I thoroughly enjoyed staying with Brian and David in their charming Inn! The foam pillowtop mattress was a wonderful touch that produced a wonderful night's sleep. The delicious breakfast exceeded my expectations. Thank you Brian and David! I will definitely stay with you again.

The Blackberry Inn B and B is a true example of outstanding hospitality! From our arrival and until our departure four days later, my husband and I felt welcome and comfortable. The hosts are each gracious and friendly. The breakfast each morning was superb. High quality food, nicely presented and absolutely delicious. The location of this inn is perfect for walking into town, exploring different lakes and attractions, and for tasting some great wine. The best compliment I can offer is our plan to return to this truly perfect inn.

David and Brian were fantastic hosts. The building itself is a charming old house which has been nicely restored. It is decorated wonderfully, and is warm and inviting. And, the breakfasts were phenomenal! Really some of the best breakfasts we've ever had. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

We spent one night in this charming old house, which is on a quiet street but still within easy walking distance of many restaurants. Our gracious hosts made sure we were comfortable, and served a hearty and delicious breakfast. The room was clean, and had climate control, extra pillows, coffee maker, refrigerator and a television. We have stayed at many B & B's over the years; this was one of the best.
