We have been using Toshiba Business Solutions for over 25yrs. They always have the best service and are just very nice people to deal with. John Leonard our account salesman is amazing and his assistant Joe Refici is always amazing and so helpful to answer any of our questions. Joe always gets back to us on a timely fashion. Joe is always very courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend Toshiba Business Solutions of Rochester.

We've been very happy with our vendor relationship with Toshiba. Recently we took a look at the equipment we had installed in all of our locations and what we were currently doing with them. In working with John and Joe we were able to upgrade our equipment to better fit our needs and actually save money in the process. The process was straight forward, clear and simple. The installation and configuration was seamless as their team worked with our folks and our IT staff ahead of time to work out any issues. Great company and great people!

We just switched over to Toshiba within the last year and Joe Refici and John Leonard helped us transition over without any problems what so ever. The Toshiba team has been excellent to us whenever there is any issue they are on top of it. We ran out of toner once and Joe ran some over to us so we would not be without our copier. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a great copier with customer service second to none.

Joe Refici at Toshiba is awesome! He is always available when you need something in a hurry. I ran out of toner and needed replacement one right away. He personally came to our office within 2 hours of my frantic call with our replacement toner. He calls our office periodically just to make sure that we are satisfied with our copier. Now, that's what I call customer service! Joe is professional, courteous and genuinely cares about his clients and let me tell you that very hard to find these days.

We have been with Toshiba Business Solutions for over 15 years and they never let us down. We received our newest Toshiba today and it was such a pleasant experience. Jackie Benedetto and Jose Diaz are so wonderful to work with. They really take the time to explain everything and make sure everyone in the office understands how the equipment works.

John worked to lease us the right machine. Joe trained, help with special configurations, individual account management and more over nearly five years of the lease. He answers every rush-rush help question I've asked -- knowledgeably and with his always positive attitude. Joe helped us gain better financial control of print based copy and related costs. Kyle Reese is the Toshiba Onsite Technician at Nazareth College, where I work, and he is fabulous. He is responsive to phone calls, explains any issues we may need to know about, and most importantly, quickly gets our printers back up and running. He has been a wonderful addition to our campus, and has made our day-to-day printer issues 100 times better.

We love our new Toshiba copiers. And Meghan Haut, our sales rep, couldn't have made the lease and machine setup for our parish -- or the money-saving transition from another company -- easier. She was there every step of the way, friendly, helpful and professional. We have contact with a lot of nice reps and contractors at our church but Meghan is one of the most responsive and pleasant ones we've had the pleasure to work with. We have had Toshiba copiers for years. They are very efficient work horses. The copies that they make look as good as the original. Our last two models have had the color feature, which has lowered some of our printing costs. When there is an issue the support staff, such as Joe Refici are fantastic with helping us.

When I joined my current organization they were utilizing Toshiba in each branch but under different accounts. our Toshiba rep Kevyn has helped us consolidate all of those into one account which increases our efficiency and monitoring capabilities. Kevyn and the Toshiba team have also recommended third party software/apps that we have implemented and we've seen both efficiency gains and a near immediate ROI.
