ROC City Furniture

After deciding to get some new bedroom furniture for my apartment, I was fortunate to find ROC City Furniture, not far from my apartment in Brighton. I took time to look through their expansive showroom and found the employees there very helpful in guiding me toward the type of items I was looking for and answering my numerous questions. I found their inventory to be very reasonably priced and of good, solid quality. I ordered three pieces ( 2 large dressers and and a smaller 2-drawer night stand).

The salesperson I worked with was very clear about the estimated number of weeks it would take for them to receive the items at the store. I was pleased to find that the pieces arrived in a shorter period of time than expected. Their delivery service (clearly experienced) was excellent and arranging the time worked out easily. They were dependable and careful with getting the furniture upstairs and in the locations I wanted. My overall experience with ROC City Furniture was excellent and I would recommend them to others looking for solid, good quality (but not overly expensive) furniture. I would use them again in the future for furniture needs.

Without question, the best place in upstate NY to buy furniture. Dan and his team are friendly, professional, and awesome. I got a reclining love seat at a wonderful price. I couldn't be happier. Make Roc City furniture your 1st and only stop to get your new furniture.

Guy and Khaleef delivered my couch and did an amazing job! They delivered it quickly and put my sectional together along with all the hardware. Great job guys!

Great experience! They were very helpful and even offered a Black Friday discount even after the new year! They did everything they could to get us our furniture when we needed it. The delivery guys, Kahleef and Guy were very friendly, professional and quick!! I highly recommend!

Awesome experience! Delivery drivers were friendly and efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my son’s new bed. This is my 2nd purchase from Roc City this year - for beds for my sons - and I will definitely be using them again when it’s time to upgrade my own mattress!

J.D. rocks! I was so indecisive, but this young man remained patient and kind. He went out of his way to really listen to what I wanted and he made it happen. I hope he gets a raise, he deserves it.

Salesmen were friendly and knowledgeable. They just didn't have what I was looking for. I will continue shopping there for other house renovations!

JD was very good… had lot patience with me lol ..great performance by him … I was going buy sectional… but I decided to look around first at other stores… because it’s a big purchase what I wanted … I feel bad ended up getting the same sectional at different store for $300 less and a 5 year warranty!! Smaller place but very helpful staff. Got everything I needed in one place. The salesperson I delt with was friendly, knowledgeable, and spent a lot of time helping me figure out what went together. Also has smaller furniture for those of us who are living in an apartment or small house instead of a big house.

So understanding, Currently have my bed on layaway right now. I'm earning on the $400.00 now to get it paid off. But they are very nice and good people. Especially if your on social services. I'm obese hand have back and knee problems. So this bed will be a life saver.
So I would definitely refer them to people like me that need new furniture, especially a new bed. They will work with you you just have to get a ride to come in and pick out what you want. If they don't have it in store they will order it but the love when you come with at least $50 or $20 to start account up.

From the time I walked in Roc City until the delivery guys left the customer service was amazing! JD made my brother and I feel comfortable he was so personable and full of knowledge, we knew we were buying from him. Then Chris and Jesse hit it over the top with there delivery service as well!

My partner and I bought a sectional sofa, the staff was very helpful and friendly. When the sofa we picked did not fit in my apartment, the delivery guys (Chris and Jesse) literally came back to the store with us to pick a new couch and delivered it same day. Amazing service would recommend to anyone needing new furniture!

My wife and I purchased a dinning room set and one of the boxes with the chairs was broken,no problem they told us to come down and replace it with one in the show room, but then we got home and realized the hardware for the other chair was missing again no problem they apologized again and came to our house with another replacement chair.The service we received this day was in my opinion the best I’ve ever experienced and my wife and I would highly recommend roc city not only for the service but for their reasonable prices

Dan is awesome and helpful. I believe it was him who also helped us get our furniture set nearly 20 years ago and it lasted that long! Go to the Rock City furniture location on Clay road and Dan will see you right. Decent furniture at reasonable price. Though I cannot say the same for the Greece location because I had quite a different experience there.

I went to ROC City Furniture on 9/19 to just browse a couple of sectionals. The sales rep ( sorry I forgot your name) was awesome and made everything super easy. I had the furniture delivered today on 9/23, and the delivery guys, Chris and Jessy, were super fast and professional. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for furniture at a reasonable price. Thank you, ROC City! I can't wait to do business with you guys in the future.

DJ is my guy , but all of them men in there are so polite SUPER SUPER positive and don't talk game on you about what furniture you need. The payment plan for the income , credit or layway is even dope. Their interest rate 👌🏾 like I'm a big shopper and spender nothing in there was was over price. I'm big on customer service as well . I will definitely be back for the rest of my home goods. Aye you guys keep up the good work in there and thank you again
