I am so happy that I stopped in. I was greeted as if they had known me already. The owner Leon and beautiful soul Wendy are amazing, their recommendations for which mattress would fit me based on what I liked, was spot on. The mattress once home was heaven. Dont walk, run to sleep cheap!

My husband and I went looking for different bed options and we were greeted by Wendy who was a delight to work with. She answered all of our questions, was attentive to our needs, and if there was something she didn’t quite know she was able to quickly get us answers. We ended up buying a split head king sized Bedtech mattress and it has been a a great fix to our sleep problems. It functions well, is very comfortable, and is very spacious. The delivery and set up process was quick and easy, and even with a small hiccup, Nick and the owner were quick to make sure their best work was done. Honestly the best experience we’ve had buying a bed and I would highly recommend Sleep Cheap and More to other buyers.

My overall experience was excellent! I am very happy I ordered a bunk bed with futon from Sleep Cheap in Henrietta. The customer service was absolutely great, and the whole package with mattresses, bed, delivery, and set up was an excellent buy, making it affordable for me since I was buying it for my grandaughter.
I am happy to say the bed arrived this week, and was set-up today. Leon, and his son Nick did a great job setting it up, and they were very nice and showed excellent customer service! I also am grateful to Debbie the in store sales person, she did a great job coordinating everything from start to finish. I am very happy with the bed and I know my grandaughter is just going to love it!

SLEEP CHEAP gave a great deal on name brand and delivered it the next business day.

The store manager was very nice AND knowledgeable! She helped me navigate and decide on the right choice for me.

The delivery driver and his partner were clean, courteous, friendly, fast and efficient. They called before they came, were here on time and were gone in 20 minutes or less.

Was very pleased with my overall experience. Walked in on a Tuesday asking for assistance on picking out a full sized bed, and was pointed at their most popular model. It turned out to be perfect for me as well, and even though it was slightly higher than my budget was, the quality was vastly superior compared to the similarly priced mattresses from other area stores. Scheduled for delivery that Saturday, (wasn't in stock) but when Saturday came, they had to push off to Tuesday. It was a holiday weekend, so I'm more than willing to forgive that. Once next Tuesday rolled around, come to find they still haven't got my bed in stock, but if I still wanted Tuesday delivery they'd be willing to bump me up to a Queen at no extra cost. I was floored and readily accepted. They delivered mattress, frame, and box for me after I got out of work that night, and I was quite pleased with how the bed handles. I do recommend this store to anyone looking for an affordable and high quality bed.

After waking up with a sore back for a couple of days, I decided it was time for a new mattress. After shopping around, I decided I liked memory foam and I just needed to find a price. After seeing the prices and the quality of mattresses at sleep cheap, my decision was already made for me! The salespeople were also very friendly, and did not put much pressure on me. When it came to delivery I was actually able to receive my new bed the same day since they had it in stock. Honest people, quality products, prompt service, and the best prices around. How could you go anywhere else?

They were so friendly and helpful. We got an amazing mattress for a great price. They have been incredibly understanding about us moving our delivery date multiple times due to extended home construction dates. I would highly recommend Sleep Cheap for mattress needs. From the first time I called Sleep Cheap I spoke with Nic who was willing to give me the best experience with Sleep Cheap. I ended up coming to the store on a Saturday afternoon and the staff was so friendly and there by my side, making sure I left with the bed that was best suitable for me. I love how Sleep Cheap family catered to all my needs and the best apart about it all was that I was able to get my bed the SAME day I went into the store. Stopped in to see if they sold double sided mattresses. Debbie answered all my questions and gave me a great price on 3 beds. The owner, Leon delivered the beds within a week and a half. He suggested we go with a bigger frame to accommodate the split boxsprings. Talk about great customer service!!! I will refer to family and friends.

I went in needing a new mattress for a low price. The selection was not the biggest but they had a little bit of everything. Once I found the mattress I liked the clerk was swift and courteous. The price was fair for the bed, box spring, and frame. When I arrived to pick it up a few days later I was informed it was damaged in transit and they where providing an upgrade to what I paid for for no extra cost. Not only did they give me a more expensive mattress but more comfortable as well. I have had the best sleep in years thanks to these guys!

I have purchased two mattresses from Sleep Cheap - one for my wife and I, and most recently one for our son. After comparison shopping with some of the bigger mattress stores, there was no way to justify spending that kind of money. Very pleased with the quality and the service we received.

Leon was so great to me! You can tell hes a very good guy. The receptionist was also great! I had to drag my boyfriend out of the store because they were so heavily in conversation😂 im very happy
