My husband and I recently purchased some furniture from Highpoint. We were very pleased with the service we were provided and impressed with the options in the store. Jody helped us the night we purchased our furniture. She stayed two hours past closing to accommodate us. She and the owner also arranged to have delivery the next day for us, despite the truck already having a full day of deliveries. We are very thankful for the service we received and being able to shop local. We will definitely be buying all of our furniture in the future from HighPoint! Thank you Highpoint!!

I worked with Jody and she is amazing. She asked all the right questions to understand what I was trying to do. I remodeled my condo and she had fabulous ideas and resources when designing the space. Her interior design expertise helped guide and direct me. She helped me coordinate pieces that make my condo now a home. The delivery guys were awesome, helpful, careful, and punctual. We went in looking for a couch and the sales lady Jody helped us right away. We also ended up taking home an end table too! Great people to work with! The guys who worked there also helped out to get our stuff all loaded up! We really appreciate the great service!

Jody was awesome! She was super helpful, courteous, attentive, and kind. We took a beautiful sectional and accent chair right off of their showroom floor because we were so eager to quickly get rid of our terrible old dog-hair-collecting, microfiber sectional. I absolutely loved my experience at Highpoint from laying out the design of my entire townhouse to the delivery. Jody was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about picking out all my pieces of furniture from the bar stools, to the entire living room, and into the bedroom. Everything tied together perfectly to create an extremely comfortable and well designed home. She was also able to meet a very tight deadline in terms of delivery of these items. I highly recommend Jody and Highpoint furniture for all your needs.

We moved to wooster from out of state and had to furnish our whole house! Alexa was absolutely amazing and was so helpful in helping me find the right furniture to make my house a home. Her experience in design really stands out since she is able to style unique spaces perfectly to meet any esthetic.

Their delivery team consists of Bob and Jacob and they are the most professional movers I have ever met. They go above and beyond to make sure the whole experience is quick and easy. They have delivered to my home on several occasions and have never damaged anything and have always taken the time to make sure everything was left in the perfect condition.

I will continue to purchase and recommend Alexa and her team to anyone looking to purchase furniture.

I have nothing but great things to say about High Point Furniture! Irina was extremely accommodating and helpful with my selection of furniture and the delivery drivers were very friendly as well! I actually slept in on the day of delivery and they were very patient with me. AND THEN, much later after my purchase, a good friend of mine was recently diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. We are having a benefit/ auction for him to help raise money for his treatments. High Point donated a VERY NICE piece of furniture to the auction to help my friend. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Wooster to buy new furniture!

To many good things to say about this local store run by awesome people. Autumn and Tim Krupp are one of the most generous and kind hearted people I have ever met. They truly believe in selling quality furniture that will last you or your family for years. I in the past have went the cheap route which is always a total bust because it last less than 5 years. Advice is Invest in yourself and home and purchase good quality furniture from a local store. They have a HUGE selection to meet all different styles. If it’s not in the store they have online an catalog options. Staff Irina is ver kind, knowledgeable, and always has a smile on her face. Corey helped us pick items out an he was awesome! Very informative and not over bearing. They were all so wonderful and will continue to always have my business.

I Love HighPoint Funiture, They have amazing inventory I found exactly what I was looking for and then Some! Furniture was Delivered on time the guys were great! The owner is fantastic and very personable. I had one small problem and it was fixed immediately and with special care and attention. Recently bought a sectional. Dealt with salesman Tad. He was great. Not pushy. Let us walk around without following us and when we were ready to buy he was right there to help. Irina was great to work with getting us financed at zero interest!! Definitely will be a return customer when the need for more furniture happens.
