I needed a quart of paint that matched a color purchased 4 years ago. I had the paint chop for reference. The person who waited on me was personable and efficient. The color matched perfectly!

I do enjoy going to Lowes sometimes just to looking around just to get inspiration on my next project. Today was one of those days thinking about getting creative on a landscaping project deciding what I will need. Lowes does have pretty much what I will need. Lowes does have competitive prices and some are lower than the competition. The people that work at Lowes are friendly and very helpful.

The staff cut the plywood just the size that I wanted at no cost.

The staff was very helpful even under pressure. Long lines of people yet the staff was helpful and friendly. I had a very good experience at this visit. Just visited again and service was great as usual. The clerk found the product I needed and was very friendly along with the check out clerk. Very good experience as it should be.
Just purchased and picked up 60 walk stones, the guy in the Garden Center was great and very helpful, so was the girl in the Pickup window . Thumbs up to the staff!

I had a bunch of specific lengths of carpet cut and the two gentlemen did a very good job and also were friendly and helpful.

Easy and fast! I got 15 bags of mulch and the guys managed to get it all in my Honda. Thanks guys!

Needed a freezer. We were in and out in 15 minutes. Loaded on truck ready to go. Great service by a very helpful guy by name of Tyler. Best experience we've ever had in this Lowe's.

Went in to get spackle and associate Bill was amazing. He helped me decide what to get and even went so far to ask if I had a tool small enough to fit in the container. Highly recommend if you go look up Bill to help you.

Good service from employees and I can get a majority of products needed for rental there. Really enjoying the convenience of the online pick up from your car. The website isn't the most accurate on what's in stock though. Would love an app like Walmarts for pick up but overall really happy with them. Thanks Lowe's!

Bought a defective commode. At first, not all parts were with it. Service department helped get the missing part. Later on the plumber couldn't stop the leak cause bowl was defective. Eventually returned defective commode bought new different brand. One particular lady was a blessing. She worked with me patiently. Realize not all encounters rate 5 stars but you sure did today! Thanks

Employee helped me find what I need even know she was on register she took time to help me. Vary friendly. Never have I had a bad experience at lowes well besides some prices lol.

Was working on a job almost 2 hrs from home. Of course needed an item but only had about 15 minutes until the Wooster location was closing. We drove frantically to make it otherwise we would of had a 4 hr trip (2 there, 2 back) to swap out part. Worried we were cutting it to close called and spoke with matt in Plumbing. He personally made sure they had the item we needed and delivered it to the register to save us time. Awesome experience and customer service! Hats off to Matt again!!!
