Was accompanied by my son who is a special needs child and they both were very inclusive with gentle care consideration and offered him aids to sloth his time there … Its more about the care they this high end staff while making an amazing sale of items I will enjoy … I will always come back to Raymour and Flanigan bcuz I felt more like family along with gorgeous items to start my new home journey. I had the platinum protection on my furniture set and called to have some maintenance done on my couches, unfortunately Raymour & Flanigan no longer works with the vendor that made my furniture. They were able to give me a full refund on my couches towards a brand new set. They had several really nice options to choose from that were within my budget and had the new set delivered to my home in only 4 days. I'm extremely happy with the service I received in the store from the manager, sales person and the customer service desk. The delivery guys were very friendly and careful removing the old furniture, as well as bringing in the new. I will definitely do business here again in the future.

This is our second go around with needing to furnish an entire home. We have worked with Jason at the Henrietta, NY location both times! He’s patient and knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. He listens to us and helps with selections accordingly. Never pushy. He is responsive to all communication and a pleasure to work with!

I was not able to get in to try out the mattress but I've been looking at it for quite a while and I was confident it would be just right for me. The sales associate, Boba, was terrific and took my order and my payment and explained everything to me clearly. The delivery was exceedingly easy and perfect. I don't think it took the guys even 10 minutes to remove the old mattress and put the new one in place. Thank you for superior service.

Robert are sales associate made it so easy for us. He shows us a great selection of mattresses. We were able to select one that fit our needs and budget. I would definitely let friends and family know. Definitely will be back.

I called to order a sofa with an ottoman and a live seat. Rajeem assisted me. Sorry If I butchered the spelling his name. He was very professional and welcoming. My purchased went extremely smooth. If you need any help you all should definitely contact him. Also, overall my experience went really smooth. At first I didn’t want to get the $100 protection plan, but this man explained it will be a 5 year warranty with my couch set. I mean who wouldn’t agree with such a great deal? I was in and out. My furniture will come in two days. Thank you Raymour and Flanigan. I appreciate the service. Henrietta is the Goat!!!!

Our sales rep., Rich Smith was very helpful and patient. We walked around the store several times to pick out our couch and the perfect end table. He showed us several different tables and offered to bring them back to the couch we picked out to see if we liked the match. I would definitely recommend Raymour Flanigan to my family and friends!

Boba was very pleasant and let us look around the store for the best furniture for our needs. We went to other stores in the area but came back to Raymour and Flanagan . They had the best variety. We have purchased here before and have always been very impressed especially with all the “Made in America “ choices.m

We received immediate assistance from the Consultant and he identified the specific char that we had seen on the R&F website. He filled us in on the features of that particular chair, and after considering a couple of additional options, we bought the chair for delivery at the end of the week. Overall, a very satisfactory purchase experience.

We had such a great sales person who helped us with whatever we needed. We left with a new dinning table and chairs and new bedroom furniture and mattress for our son. He didn't try and sell us something we didn't need. He listened to what we needed and wanted and was really helpful.

We were in the market for a new sectional, came here after checking out a couple other local furniture stores. For us, the sales rep ( boba) was amazing! She was informative, but didn't hover over us or pressure us! We ended up purchasing one! They also have the outlet which is reasonably priced. Purchased on a Sunday, and our couch will be ready for pickup on Wednesday! Very happy with my experience here =D

Just received our furniture and the delivery guys- Colin and Justin were phenomenal! They were on time, made sure the furniture was in perfect condition and protected my furniture and house from the rain when bringing stuff inside! They were so nice!!

We have got our living room furniture from there few years back. Went there again, and it's the same. They have quality furniture with very competitive prices. You can try the furniture before you buy it. The sales staff is very helpful and guides you about everything you need.

We have received our furniture without an issue and it has wear and tear as normal furniture do.

We did get the warranty, which we never used.

We went to buy a new mattress, the salesman showed different brands and styles of what we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable and answered our questions. Upgraded to complete new bed, also bought a new swivel power recliner. GOOD EXPERIENCE
