National Design Mart Wooster

We had a great experience with this National Carpet Mill Outlet; the salesman, Andrew, was attentive to the needs of our project. He didn't pressure is to buy more products outside of our budget. The estimate was fair, and the installers were punctual, respectful, quick, and efficient. I will definitely be returning if and when we have another project. The photo below displays what they installed in just half of a day.

Service from beginning to end of project was phenomenal! Sales time was on it…. Very helpful! I picked out my carpet from a selection of remnants…. On sale mind you… great prices for two bedrooms. Within 3 weeks we are done with project. Steve put the carpet in for us. He was on time and done with the job with 2 1/2 hours. Wow!!

We recently replaced the flooring in our home. Our salesperson, Kate Quinn, was awesome to work with. She helped us focus on the appropriate products for our application and answered all of our questions about different types of materials. I often communicated with her by email of which she was always quick to respond. As a result, I highly recommend asking for Kate when you shop at the Design Mart store!

We had National Carpet Mill Outlet install engineered hardwood and a small section of tile. Excellent product and excellent work. When I called the next day because they forgot to install one small piece of edging, which was easy to miss, they were out that day to fix it. I believe Phil was the installer's name. Highly recommend.

I worked with Jerod in Wooster for my new home office and bedroom installation. Jerod was a wonderful salesmen and was with me from start to finish. And Rodney who installed our carpet was very nice, professional and did a wonderful job. My parents have been going to national carpet for over 20 years and this was my first time experiencing them.
