I had a great experience with my salesperson Donnell. He was a great help when I had to exchange an item and it was no problem. The chests and nightstands I bought were very good quality and I recommend people check out their furniture before shopping elsewhere.

I had a great experience shopping for furniture at American Freight. We were pretty sure prior to arriving what we wanted, after seeing the first couch we were uncertain. Working with Amanda was a great. She was very familiar with the store’s inventory and was able to help us pick out a different set that we liked even more. She was no pressure, cool to talk too and deff one of my more favorable salespeople to work with, highly recommended!

The customer service given today by Amanda and Ivory was great. They were patient, knowledgeable and helpful. They were very nice and not pushy. They gave us time to sit and apply for credit and walk around to see what we were interested in. We are still purchasing from this company but decided to buy from the one thats closer to us for delivery reasons. If theres ever a time where we are able to pick up we will definitely go to Rochester to work with these ladies.

I just ordered a love seat and 3 recliners from the Henrietta location and Amanda was very helpful and got me exactly what I was looking for!!

Came in to look at a bed room set. The store has quality products for incredible prices.
