It would be beneficial for Conrad's Tire Express to invest in additional training programs for their staff to stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques. This would ensure they continue to provide top-notch service to their customers

EXCEPTIONAL OVERALL. Great management and friendly staff. I had a blowout on the freeway on my trailer, so I drove on my flat there. Although they didn't have tires for trailers, he offered several places that sell tires. They even let me keep the trailer there overnight till I returned with a tire, and they even installed it for free. I can't say enough about how helpful they were and how nice they were. I will be purchasing my tires there for my vehicle there for sure.

Had work done earlier this year on my control arm and later it was making noise took it back to the shop that did it and they said it was okay. A couple weeks later the noise got worse and my car started making a cranking noise. I knew it was that control arm but had not been able to get it back in. Therefore, I stopped at this location and explained the problem to Brian. He looked up my account, test drove the car and detected the problem. He said all he need to do was tighten up the bar. I was in and out within half hour. This store is greaT.

UPDATE: Changed my initial 2 star review to 5 stars.
The manager called me to advise that the issue was a new employee that was not familiar with their policies and offered to correct the issue for me.

I told him that we're only human and everyone makes mistakes; it's how we approach correcting those mistakes that count = 5 stars.

Needed 3 of the 4 tires sealed because was leaking air. Asked if they would do me a favor and remove the 4th wheel while they were at it and rotate them.

The person at the counter said they would have to charge me for the rotation service. When I mentioned 3/4 wheels would be off anyway, he said "look man, it's only 15 bucks".

Summary: Not great customer service, I can understand money grubbing nationwide garage charging for it, but the way the rep told me was unprofessional.

Dropped the car off at 8:15, I called them at 4 pm to find out it was ready.

I am very cautious where my car gets serviced. I came here because of the good reviews I read online and I am so happy to did. The customer service is amazing! Brian and Bobby took excellent care of my vehicle, diagnosing the problem and sending me not only a full video inspection before starting the work on the car but an estimate of how much it would be. The video was so cool, I loved how he showed all around the car and went under the car right to the problem area and explained in detail to me the issue. With that kind of customer service, proper professional work and care- I will be back again. Very happy I took my vehicle here!

Your employee Parker was extremely helpful. He went over and beyond to help me get back on the road safely. Dropped off a tire for repair on a Friday afternoon and they repaired it before closing. I was patient and received great service. The amazing thing was, I could overhear how both service representatives interacted with multiple other customers. These guys knew their stuff, patiently explained issues to the clients and offered solutions one troubled customer could afford in a timely manner. "I'm ordering the parts as we speak. We open at 7:30am Monday morning. We will squeeze you in while you wait."
I was very impressed! I highly recommended Conrad's at Golden Gate.

The service is excellent. The guys that work there are friendly, helpful and courteous. Brian, one of the desk guys, has been there as long as I've been going to Conrad's. It's nice to see the same employees and have them recognize me, greet me and then provide me with great service. If you have an appointment they tell you how long it will take and they are really accurate about the timing. There are plenty of stores close by to spend time in while you wait for your car.

Great one stop for my brakes and tires. People that work there were friendly and the car was serviced quickly. They sent a cool video that let me see my brake issues without having to go into the work area. I think they did an awesome job and I recommend them.

Always friendly and reliable. Took my car again for most recent oil change. Expected it to be over an hour since it was later in the day and just before Christmas. But it was done in 40 minutes. Waiting area is comfortable, clean and roomy. And since they have good wi-if I can work while I'm waiting.

Friendly staff, excellent, prompt service and very reasonable prices. They did a great job diagnosing and replacing the entire exhaust system on my Toyota Corolla. They have done several other repairs in the past and have always done excellent work. Highly recommended and will definitely return.

I scheduled my oil change appointment online on a Saturday morning. I brought my car in at the time of my appointment and had very friendly service. I was told it would take about an hour & 15 mins which was fine because I was able to walk around at the different shops in the Golden Gate Plaza. My car was ready exactly when they estimated it would be. Overall great service.

Outstanding work! These guys had 225/65R17 tires in stock for the Toyota RAV4 and got me hooked up with 4 new tires pulling me out of a FUBAR situation while I was in town from out of town the day after Thanksgiving - they did the job right. I got what I paid for. The price was fair. The wait was reasonable. I was back on the road the same day. You should get your tires here. Yes this is the tire shop you're looking for.

I don't get all the bad reviews! I took my Honda Civic in for four new tires and alignment, and I am pleased! Did great work and my car rides great, nice and smooth and no more shaking steering wheel when I drive on freeway! It does take long, but worth the wait! Thanks guys! Oh and I didn't slide once when driving in rain! Only thing that bummed me out was a little pricey but they offer coupons which help!

Brian at Conrad’s is such a sweet, knowledgeable, and courteous employee! After a huge snow storm my car had very low tire pressure. I called beforehand and then he came out as soon as I pulled up, filled up my tires, and explained what might have happened. I’m so impressed, thank you Brian!

Excellent customer service. Just pulled in to have tires filled. The young Man that filled my tires Anthony was so nice. Even checked with another mechanic when he wasnt sure about a reading on the pump. Went the extra mile for me. Much appreciated!

I was in town for a few days and had experienced loss of air in one of my front tires. I received excellent customer service from Andre. They were able to inspect and repair very quickly. I cannot thank their crew enough!
