If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would!!
I will preface this by saying that I am a female. If you are a female, you know you have to worry about being taken advantage of when it comes to repair shops. I was nervous to find a good shop to diagnose and repair my 2018 Hyundai Sonata before our family vacation. After speaking with my SIL, she recommended New Lebanon Body Frame & Tech. I called, explained the issue and they got me in quickly. My car was throwing a large emission leak code and had some RPM issues. They first recommended replacing the gas cap (and a severely past due oil change, I was 10k over), as this is a common issue of the code and my gas cap was in terrible condition (showed me the cracks in the rubber seal) and had a strong chance of resolving the issue. They told me if the light came back on, to call back immediately and they would complete a smoke test to determine where the leak was. Unfortunately I have the worst luck and the light did come back on a few days later. I called and they fit me in the same week even though they were booked solid. Within a few hours they called and let me know that they detected the leak and it was my purge valve. They got it replaced and I was back on the road the same day! They were fantastic to deal with! They took their time describing what the issues were and did not try to push any extra things on me. They drove me home the first day so I did not have to sit in the shop waiting. They generally made me feel so much more comfort with the entire process. And they were very fair with pricing as well! I was extremely nervous on the cost of all of this and I was pleasantly surprised when the actual bill came! I am so relieved to have my car back and repaired. I will always recommend these guys to anyone who asks and we are planning on scheduling my husbands truck for some needed repairs!

I can't say enough great things about Dean and New Lebanon Body Frame & Tech! Great customer service, efficient, trustworthy and very knowledgeable. I was having issues with the heat in my SUV, Dean and his team were able to get me right in, diagnose the problem within an hour, order the part and have it fixed same day! I would highly recommend!

In our recent dealings with New Lebanon Body and Frame, we've been very pleased with the personal care/customer service we've received, as well as the open/honest communication.

They repaired a fuel leak and while it was in their shop I had other routine service done (Oil change, alignment check, etc). They were friendly and honest at a fair price. I will use them again.

I and a little fender bender dropping my car of at the Park & Go in Vandalia. Dean had my car picked up, dealt with the insurance company, patched it up so I could drive it until the parts came in. Then dropped it at my house so I could use it when I came back from England (family emergency). Then when the parts came in, I dropped it off, the rental company picked me up and a week later "Voila" beautiful fixed car, clean and tidy inside! Left the rental with him and drove away. Completely stress free! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, New Lebanon Body Frame & Tech and Red Baron Towing.

I needed new front brakes, and am so glad I called New Lebanon Body Frame & Tech! They came to my house to pick up my car for Service, which was great-I am disabled, and have trouble walking, even with a cane. Once they assessed the brakes, they called with a quote, and I was able to approve over the phone. After the work was complete, they called back, and Iet me know they would be bringing my car back. I spoke to Dean, and two of his Staff during this time, and all three of them were very friendly. The car handles great! I only drive to medical appts., but I see several specialists often, so knowing I'm safe on the road because they did such a great job makes the trips a bit better! This was the first time I went there, and I will be using them for all my auto needs from now on!

Excellent service and attention to detail. Also, very helpful staff and caring service. This was a first for me, dealing with auto body repair, and the Dean and Dan were very helpful through the entire process!!!

I want to thank the Body, Frame & Tech shop for their excellent service. Both my alternator and battery went out. They were able to get me in that day and get my car back to me that afternoon. They even gave me a ride back to my house! My dealership said the soonest they could get me in would be two weeks. Thanks to Shannon, Kyle, and Dan for your excellent customer service. P.S. I also like what you did with the office. Great Keurig coffee!

Awesome place. I called about a transmission leak on my 77 Impala & they told me to bring it right in. Was fixed in 20 mins for a very decent price. They were very nice & honest. Also pointed out a few other potential issues and looked over everything on the car. I definitely reccomend. To the person who gave this place a 3 star review because they were closed on the 4th of July well duh what did you expect. I will come back for sure!

I have had 2 of my vehicles in this shop for repair. Not only are they very knowledgeable, professional and efficient, they are also quite reasonable with their pricing. Both cars were fixed quickly and are running and driving much better thanks to the fellas at New Lebanon Body Frame & Tech. Will be back for all my vehicle service needs.

I've been taking my car here for years. I've always had good experiences. The past time I took my car here, an unexpected problem arose that I thought would keep me from having my car back before the weekend, but Kyle was able to fix it late Friday afternoon. Thank you New Lebanon Body, Frame & Tech, Inc. Reviews are for the best and the worst. This one is for the BEST. My husband and I were rescued by them over the holiday weekend on July the 5th. We had a flat tire on the country roads without a spare, it was hot – very hot, and we needed assistance. Dean Wright, the new owner responded to our request quickly and picked us up in a very nice, neat, and cool car. We had a few obstacles to overcome and he rose to the challenges. He didn’t stop from start to finish until we were safely back on the road. We are so appreciative, impressed with the service, and he has earned our future business. It’s hard to come by good, honest, hardworking people that will go out of their way to take care of someone especially on a holiday weekend. JOB WELL DONE - THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Was pleasantly surprised to get my car in same day I called. They were very efficient in completing the necessary work on my vehicle. I also appreciated having my car washed and vacuumed out. Would highly recommend them!

When I first moved to New Lebanon I had moved 50 minutes from my auto mechanic so I had to find a business to help maintain my vehicle. I like this place I don't have any complaints.

I had damage on my driver side door from an object that came off of a large truck. I had a a large scratch, dent, and chipped off paint. I was really nervous about the repair because my car was less than a year old. I was afraid that the paint would not match and that I would be able to see that there had been damage in that spot. I was so happy when I picked up my car. It looked brand new. They were so friendly and they even finished sooner than expected! I would recommend them to anyone who needs body work done!

My car looks amazing and almost brand new again! New Lebanon Body Frame and Tech replaced the grill and detailed the interior and exterior of my 2015 SUV. I have two small boys and never thought my car would look the way it did when I bought it 7 years ago. Thank you so much!
