My now fiancé got my beautiful ring from here!! Angela went above & beyond to help him and make it happen with such a short notice! They did not feel comfortable setting my stone in the band he picked out with just 2 days, so they set it in a plain band so he was able to give it to me. I went back to see the original band and let them know I did in fact want it, & Angela let me know they would be redesigning it to hold my stone!! She answers all of ours questions and has a wonderful personality & extremely knowledgeable! I can not wait until my forever setting is ready in a few weeks!!! Highly recommend this place.

I special ordered an engagement ring with a unique stone from Reeds back in March. I was quoted around 5-6 weeks with a proposal time early May and unfortunately due to some logistical and shipping errors the ring did not make it on time. The staff wasted no time in finding a solution and went absolutely above and beyond in righting the situation. Gary worked around the clock to make sure I had a beautiful custom ring created completely free of charge last minute for the proposal while continuing to stay up to date with the original rings shipping notifications until it was finally delivered. I picked up the engagement ring today and it was absolutely worth the wait. Any other jeweler could've easily apologized for the inconvenience and ended it there but Gary went out of his way to drive to Buffalo the morning of my proposal to make an amazing ring last minute. I cannot thank the staff at Reeds enough for the incredible craftsmanship, customer service and overall atmosphere during this stressful time. I will definitely be recommending them to anybody with jewelry needs in the future.

Angela is an exceptional jeweler. She worked with my husband to design my own wedding ring and bands. She always remembers us when we come in, and she takes time to make us feel like family. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Everyone will make you feel seen, heard, and give you exactly what you are hoping or searching for.

When I say that Reeds is amazing I truly mean it. Between the staff being super helpful and accommodating, my entire experience with them has been amazing! I bought my wife’s engagement ring and wedding bands years ago from them and the quality is far superior from anywhere else I’ve been. I’ve since moved out of state and have sent her rings back year after year…..always with some sort of request - re-sizing, bigger center diamond, etc. and they have always taken care of me. When we were picking out our engagement ring at Reeds we didn't realize at the time what a special role this store and the jewelry manager, Angela, would play in our wedding. Angela guided us in finding the perfect band and picking a brilliant diamond. I've been excited to show off my beautiful engagement ring for the past three years as we planned our wedding. We had a small hiccup when the diamond fell out of the engagement ring a week after the proposal. Angela personally saw to our complete satisfaction and Reeds actually ended up remaking the band to make it more secure. We were even more pleased with the engagement ring afterwards. Angela again helped us find wedding bands that perfectly complement the engagement ring and our personal preferences. She helped us take advantage of in-store deals that we didn't even know about. And, she helped coordinate ordering and picking up the bands in a way that fit our wedding and travel schedules, since we no longer lived in town but wanted to remain Reeds customers. Right before our wedding, we brought our engagement ring to get polished, but the jeweler was unavailable. Angela once again came to the rescue and found a way to have another jewler out of town polish the ring in time for the wedding! Our wedding was beautiful and we can't keep our eyes off our new wedding bands. We would highly recommend Reeds to any soon-to-be engaged or married couples. Exceptional salesperson Michele Herman is the reason for my visit. I have purchased several pieces of jewelry from a different retailer so, this was a new experience at a different jeweler. I was not disappointed. I have made some life goals recently and as I reach each milestone I am treating myself to a new gemstone. Having selection that is colorful as is plentiful definitely fits the location. Store is well layer out and lighting is perfect to view the options. I wasn't there for a lifetime diamond, but I have a different diamond with my lifetime salesperson Michele. You should go check the store and Michele out!

My husband and I went into Reeds in Henrietta about 9 years ago looking for an engagement ring. We didn't know anything about diamonds at the time. We sat down with Angela who explained all about cut, clarity and styles. She showed us a ton of different diamonds & settings and after spending a couple hours with her, we finally found the perfect one! Angela treated us like family! She was amazing to work with! She didn't pressure us into anything and helped us to find the perfect diamond at the perfect price! We had such a wonderful experience purchasing my engagement ring, that we also purchased our wedding bands from her a few weeks later! We've never experienced customer service like that anywhere else!

Fast forward 9 years and we just had another amazing experience with Angela! My husband and I decided it was time to upgrade the diamond in my ring, so I contacted Angela and setup an appointment for Saturday morning. When we walked into the store we were greeted right away by her. She remembered us like it was just yesterday that we were in there! We picked up right where we left off 9 years ago! You don't get customer service like that anywhere else! Angela already had several diamonds picked out for us to look at since she knew we were coming. We looked through them and she explained even more about the different cuts/clarity and showed us which diamonds were the best quality for the price! We spent a couple hours looking at diamonds and finally decided on the perfect one. That perfect one just happened to be the one she picked out for us the night before we arrived! Angela nailed it perfectly a second time!

I recently upgraded an engagement set that I was never really thrilled with. Gary helped us pick a beautiful engagement ring setting and lab diamond of exquisite quality. Once I had that I realized I needed new matching bands as well. Gary recommended a bridge for the bands and I agreed. I was told the bands would be ready in two weeks. They were not ready in two weeks. I was promised they would be ready in three weeks, on a Wednesday, which is when special orders are delivered to the Eastview store from Buffalo.They were not ready Wednesday. I did not complain but I was clearly disappointed. Somehow Gary waved his magic wand and made it happen that my rings were delivered on Friday! My entire experience with Reed’s staff was always positive and professional. I would recommend this jewelry store to everyone looking for personal attention and professional advice. We went in to have my rings sized and talk about an upgrade. Angela and Michelle were amazing to work with, Angela suggested we put our original diamond in a pendant. They helped us pick a gorgeous diamond to put in our original setting, sized the rings, and they came out gorgeous! She called when the rings were ready as promised.

I cannot say enough about the amazing staff at The Victor Reed's Jewelry Store! The staff is always warm, friendly and professional. The store itself is always clean and welcoming! For years my husband has purchased my jewelry from Reed's so it's pretty much a family tradition. When it was time for our youngest son to purchase his fiance's engagement ring he knew just where to go! Angela was the Sales Associate to help him. Angela was not high pressure-she listened to him and guided him to make the decision that was the right one for him! He also purchased a diamond pendant for her through Brandon-another outstanding sales associate! So of course when it came time to purchase a diamond necklace for our daughter for her wedding I went directly to Reed's! They did not have exactly what I wanted but Brandon and Heather worked with me to design the necklace AND they even rushed it through so I could have it for her to wear it for her wedding which was three weeks away! In just a year’s time, Angela at the Perinton NY location has seen us through our engagement, wedding and now welcoming our grandson soon followed by our granddaughter. During cleaning and repairs, I have also had the opportunity to work with Maddy. I enjoy catching up at each visit.
