L.L.Bean

Stopped in at LL Bean looking for a new winter coat. Found one that I loved it, but they only had black & navy blue in stock. When I inquired about other color options, the sales person immediately brought up the coat on her PC, pointed out the colors, suggested I order it on line @ the check out register and wrote down all the info I would need. Four days later, my new coat arrived. Impressed with the service, their product & speed of delivery!!

LL Bean...it's a classic. I'm on the fence whether the current quality if goods is worth the price point or not, but they still have great clothing and outdoor supplies. This is a very beautiful store, with great parking and easy access, too

January, 2022. I love LL Bean! Made in America 🇺🇸 from American sourced products. High quality materials. I own 2 pair of their boots 👢 now. A pair of hunting boots (I do not hunt) & a pair of winter snow boots with shearling lining. Both brand new to get back out there! 1/9/22: Nice helpful staff. Hoka sneakers ; ) It was in the teens & 20s F in Rochester, NY, but my shearling lined winter boots kept my feet warm, & I did not slip on the ice.

Everything you could need for a practical and good-looking wardrobe under one roof. Solid camping supplies and durable construction are more great reasons to pick up some of their excellent products. The sales staff are helpful and fast, and checkout never has a wait.

Always loved LL Bean products since I was kid. Obviously their boots being one of their best products. The store has a very good variety of their products on site. They sell camping products all the way up to kayaking. Always tend to make a pit stop every once in awhile to see if they have sales going on or bargains on their clothing. Always quality in what they sell. Staff are not only helpful, but polite and friendly as well.

Customer service was OUTSTANDING! Variety and availability of items EXCEPTIONAL! We were in there for one particular item, and the sales person, and his patience were perfect for his job. If he pulled one of the items we were looking at, he must have pulled 30. HOWEVER; his ultimate and underlying response always was, "if you don't like it in the store, you probably won't like and wear it after you get it home. We want you happy, walking out of this store"! This particular visit to this business is well deserving of the 5* rating.

Llbean's goods are excellent quality, and their staff is customer focused. It is one of my favorite places to shop;both in store and online.

My wife and I are huge LL Bean fans so to be able to visit the store is always a treat when we're in the area. The store was well stocked and we'll staffed. Found some things we had been looking at in the catalog as well as some surprise bargains.
