Very clean. Staff very friendly.
They have energy saver-mode so unfortunately you can't turn the fan on to drown out noise. Doors do not keep out sound. I didn't notice much in my room but walking down the hall I could hear many people conversations in their rooms.
Area wise its not bad sometimes you can turn left when getting out but most mornings it was easier to turn right and turn around in the kind-of-dirty gas station. (It had the same feel as a waffle house)the gas station.
Breakfast was standard Holiday Inn. Pancake machine, coffee, hot water, brane cereal. Fruit was a bit beat up but March isn't very nice to fruit.
I recommend it as a business hotel if you in the area.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was nice. I slept good and was surprised by the breakfast choices. I made my own waffles!

The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired.... they most definitely can do better than what they have available...its a Hilton and it's not a Hilton quality breakfast.

We had to get a last minute hotel for 2 days so we could take our 6 month old to Nationwide Hospital. Hotels closer to downtown were full and I’m honestly glad, as this hotel was great and had everything we needed. Rooms are set up like an efficiency apartment and with 2 adults and 3 children in tow, we had all we needed. The staff are kind and helpful. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. The breakfast is great. The stretch of road you’re on has everything you need… but it is a nightmare to even get a mile down the road due to traffic. Excellent hotel

Beautiful place! Rooms are spacious, bathrooms huge! Staff are wonderful and friendly and warming greets with a smile!

Pool was nice! We basically had it to ourselves with our little one

The kitchen in the room was super convenient if you have a baby and need to wash his bottles , store formula or snacks or even just having left over foods from going out you have a full size fridge and microwave in the room!

Location is prime! Everything is on Broad Street! Food, stores and shopping centers

We stayed in Pickerington Ohio. Ok, so we have a lil foster baby who wanted a ‘hotel birthday party with a pool’ for her 6th birthday. We chose this hotel and she was THRILLED!

We got 3 rooms. One for me and my hubs, across the hall was for the ‘kids’ (oldest was 17) and one for baby’s dad.

The breakfast was…kinda nasty to be honest. The potatoes were under cooked and there was FAR TOO MUCH rosemary, BUT…the very best part of staying there was that there was a little rubber ducky in each bathroom! HOW CUTE! We had a dragon duck, she had a lil ‘EMO’ duck…I’m putting them in her hope chest!

The staff was FANTASTIC, and…it didn’t ’break the bank’! $133 per room and that’s pretty good! I would def. recommend this if only for the staff, AND the duckies, lol!

I’m seeing some reviews that say it was dirty, and the pool was gross, but we did NOT experience any of that!

Rooms are like small apartments. Full fridge, dishwasher, plates and utensils, garbage disposal. Everything. Comfortable and secure. Highly recommend finding one if you need a place to stay for the night. Will definitely become a regular at Home2 Suites from now on.

With Hilton Rewards, you can check in and out through your phone, and every door is opened with your phone as well if you choose to do that.

Don't really have any complaints about the stay. The pull out sofa came in really handy and the kitchen was nice in our suite even though we didn't really need it. The shower was very nice with nice water pressure and soft water. The blinds were not simple curtains and blocked light exceptionally well. A huge plus!

The rooms were great. Our room had an equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher. The room was large with separate areas for sitting on the couch & watching tv and comfy beds for sleeping. The shower was awesome with a rain shower head. I highly recommend staying here.

We had to stay in a hotel for two weeks between moving out of our apartment and into our house. We chose this hotel and couldn’t be happier about it. Very nice continental breakfast with waffles and frozen breakfast items. Our room was clean and comfortable. We brought our welcomed dog and were left alone (because we wanted to be).

Very nice Suites! Had all new appliances, including dishwasher, garbage disposer, full size microwave, and apartment size fridge! Very roomy inside! And the bathroom was well equipped with whatever you would need. Handicap accessible! I would definitely stay here again!

Very modern rooms, the kitchen has everything you need for a long stay, clean comfy rooms. Well worth the price! Only a day in my stay, so far so good. Will update if anything changes!

Breakfast we good! Not what we are used to but good nonetheless!
Beds and pillows were comfortable! Bathrooms and rooms (we had 2) were clean and spacious! Would definitely recommend!!

Beautiful Hotel, looks newer, staff very friendly and helpful! Showers are the best and the rooms were comfortable. The room is very nice size with perfect amount of room to move around in. Definitely would stay again.

My family is staying there after an apartment complex fire and they are extremely comfortable. The rooms are nice and large enough for their family. Adam, the front desk answered my calls regarding their reservations in a friendly and professional manner.

Stayed here on my last work trip out to Columbus. Near plenty of great lunch spots (franchise and mom 'n pops) and very close to the 270 highway. Clean rooms. New building with latest Home2 amenities. What really stands out here is the amazing staff! They were so warm and accommodating. I'll be a returning guest here :)

The staff was friendly, the rooms were very clean. I shifts my stay, the rooms had all the amenities of home. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, flatware, and glasses. The shower was huge!

One of the nicest hotels I've been to. Extremely affordable, with rooms styled after a home, with full kitchen, full size refrigerator, and dishwasher. Cooking range and cookware are included at no extra cost.

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The pool area had plenty of seating, but it was HOT HOT HOT 🔥. The only thing I wasn't impressed with was the breakfast. They have coffeeeeee in the lobby.

Home2 Suites, Columbus Airport East is comfortable, stylish, and clean. Our room is large and it's pet friendly.

It's several miles east of downtown Columbus, so it's not in the most convenient location but it's much less expensive than the downtown hotels.
