Adria Hotel & Conference Center

I had a great time staying at this hotel this last week. The breakfast in particular was spectacular. The service was great and the administration was very attentive. There was a Colombian girl who was walking around the dining room making sure everyone was okay and had what they needed. She was lovely and I felt very taken care of!

This Hotel is great ! I loved my stay here, the room was clean and spacious, the staff was very kind and helpful, the location was great, a park close by and also for transportation going to different parts of Queens and downtown. If I ever visit New York again I will definitely stay here again.

Flight out of LaGuardia got cancelled at 9PM and Delta quickly booked me stay at the Adria. When I arrived, Haroon and Konrad greeted me with a smile and made check in a breeze. I asked for a bar recommendation and they were very helpful there too. When I came back later in the evening, I had a nice conversation with Jessica at the front desk as I realized I had left my room key in my room. Overall, the room was clean and my visit was great, but the place could use an update.

Cozy hotel. Had a late night flight cancelation at JFK and ended up staying here. A big thanks to Henry, who helped us turn our negative flight experience into a pleasant stay at the Adria hotel. Gracias & Dankeschön, Henry!

A very practical and convenient place near JFK and LaGuardia Airports ideal for business people and great staff, breakfast and housekeeping available, there is a parking lot but the capacity is limited.,

Excellent location in the North Queens area, with immediate access to Public Transportation, the highway and a private, guest-parking garage. Speedy service with workers around the clock. Andre was extremely polite at check in, with Hanoon working the morning after. Jess was extremely helpful, happy and knowledgeable while working the front desk the morning I checked out. It is clear that she is a valuable employee. 10/10 would recommend!

The room was impeccably clean with all the amenities I needed. Parking was hassle-free and secure. I particularly enjoyed the luxurious 24-hour coffee machine in the lobby. The breakfast buffet was well-stocked and offered a plethora of options to choose from. All in all, it was an outstanding value for money. I would gladly stay again and recommend it to my friends.

The staff was so kind and friendly. Rooms were cute and comfortable. Do not let the outside fool you. It is an older hotel but on the inside you will be pleasantly surprised. The breakfast buffet every day was amazing and a very nice added touch. Our stay was great and would definitely stay again.

2024 UPDATE: I just held my third in-person course for educators at the Adria. Each time an event is held here, the staff is spectacular! Haroon, Michael, and Jose were so attentive and helpful. They went above and beyond what was expected to make sure that our event flowed seamlessly. As a result, all of the 45 attendees rated the course 5/5 -- a perfect score! Thank you so much, once again, for making this event a great success!!!

2023 -- I held an all day in-person course at the Adria Hotel and Conference Center this week. What a great experience! Corinne Sodano, the sales director, was so easy to reach and helpful as I made decisions about which rooms and refreshments to select. On the day of the course, the Adria staff was incredibly accommodating and responsive. They arrived early to ensure that the tables, chairs, food, and beverages were all ready for my group. At 7 am, two technical specialists helped me connect my laptop to the projector, the internet, and the sound system. They hung instructional posters on the wall quickly and easily for us. Every detail was covered by the staff's attentive care. My workshop was a huge success and I'm hoping to hold future events at this lovely location. A big thank you to the Adria for making my course such a great experience for everyone!

One night stay for a concert. About 30 minute uber / taxi ride away from event. Owner worked on-site. Was very helpful since far from home. He helped us navigate the area and best way to the concert. Rooms clean and comfortable. Check in and out went smoothly. Overall great stay.

Great customer service which extremely important in today's world where all service people are being replaced with touch screens.

We stayed at this Hotel for the 2nd time. Or stay was for 4 nights in early Sept 2023. Can I say we were so pleased with our stay really enjoyed it. Staff were EXCELLENT. Front desk staff superb. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was lovely with great choice. I will definitely stay there again when I visit New York Bayside. Thanks again to everyone. We stayed in the hotel for 2.5 weeks, and had no complaints. The place was very clean and the AC worked perfectly! The staff was very helpful all the time, and the facilities are great. The breakfast i’d rate a 7-8/10, but was pleasant! Everything was fresh! We’d absolutely come when we visit New York again.

Stayed 5 nights, used as hub for driving around the city with self parking, hot showers, room was great with 2 queen sized beds, felt secure, breakfast included is just perfect. Only issue was room maintenance had to be requested. Overall will stay again

I booked this during Christmas 2022. My main concern was (free)parking and breakfast, as most hotel reviews were mixed with neither of those. This place had both! Private *free* parking that was very close to the elevator, perfect for the -3 degrees of frigid wind we experienced. The guy who checked me in at almost 2am was very nice and let me know everything I needed to know. Breakfast was WAY more than I had expected, waffle maker with toppings you can add, 2 types of eggs (they actually made them in a pan, was not bagged eggs like other hotels) sausage, potatoes, breads, various pastries, cereal, juices. The hotel itself is old and had some old things, of course but the room was clean, we checked the bed for bugs and all of that. There was none! The mattress was neatly zipped with a cover. There was indeed cigarette burns all over the carpet by the bed, but ZERO remnants of cigarette smell, as someone who used to smoke I'm super sensitive to the smell of cigarettes and can smell if someone has smoked in a room anytime in the last few months. No smell!

Due to COVID they only cleaned the room every 3 days, which was fine as we respect hotels and don't mindlessly dirty towels and sheets. We totally forgot they would actually clean our room so It did surprise/scare us, as we had opened expensive xmas gifts, left them out and forgot to put the DND on the door. Nothing was touched except my blanket, which I totally thought the housekeepers took accidently in the mess of things, not a big deal I figured I'd get it the next day cleaned I even called the front desk to let them know but... turns out they made the bed WITH my blanket haha, so we found it in the morning. Overall this will be my go-to hotel when visiting my family. I really appreciated the staff and private nature of the hotel. Also thank you to the front desk clerk who checked me out, you made my day. I wish I had gotten a name so I could mention you but thank you so much for your great hospitality and customer service. I doubt i will try any other hotel! See you guys in a few months!
