Today, 2-17-24, I visited JCP in Market Place Mall. I was in the area, so I stopped and paid my statement balance.

And, of course, my favorite store had so many special, unique and clearance buys.

So, I purchased triple heated designer winter socks for Southern Belle. And, also a large size of Peppermint Bath soap in a decorative soap dish.

I purchased 2 of Disney's outfits for my nephew Victor (Woody from Toy Story) and a Bingo outfit for my godson William.

Then belated birthday gifts for the boys, Rex Dinosaur remote control toy, and a T-Rex Dinosaur with a pop rifle and fur balls to see how many T-Rex can catch.

Lucked out and got Black Friday deals on Wednesday. There were a lot of good deals. Didn't explore the whole store, but there's a lot of sales. The clothes were excellent. Very happy with what I bought. Highly recommend for new wardrobe items. The cashiers were nice and wonderful also.

Great, not to many cashiers. But the one in the men's department was great. She helped me pay my bill, get a gift card and assisted me in buying shorts and sports shirts that were in my price range....

Stopped into the Beauty Salon, and was warmly greeted by the stylist/ receptionist. As she was cashing out the customer ahead of me, I noted that she graciously spoke with the customer, apparently a long-time customer. The customer was beautifully styled and pleased with the results.
I made an appointment for the following Saturday afternoon, and look forward to my turn in the chair.

Very quiet when we went, but lots of quality products and a great selection. Friendly customer service.

Friendly staff. The store was clean and clothes were nicely folded. I can usually find an in-store coupon before I check out.

Visited the beauty, and cosmetics department, and was impressed with the personabal service from (Ash). This store is definitely short staffed, however great customer service goes far.

If you're smart and use your rewards along with coupons along with sale price you can crush it here. Plus I love the products and my wife loves their workout gear. Just as good as any of the stupid price name brands except much cheaper especially on sale and With Coupons

I Only shop when there's a Sale and have coupons other wise to expansive!

The staff is so helpful. I was informed that there are certain days for the Doorbuster Deals and on other days you can use the on line coupon! They have a ton of cute things on sale right now! (In women's athleasure wear and accessories)

It was a very nice experience. There was a lot of people but everybody was in good spirits and not rushing. Some of the lines were a little bit long but they moved right along. Very nice sales.

Very helpful staff, very neat store. There were plenty of cashiers, which seems like not a big deal unless you're are carrying several items you didn't realize your were going to buy. The big bummer is the up escalator, it was a staircase instead. The down escalator was working though, and they also have an elevator. The selection was great.

JCPenney at Market Place Mall is very welcoming! Especially at the service desks and the staff (Rosalie & Milenna)! I recently placed an order and had it delivered to them and I went to pick it up when they notified me that it was ready! I was even permitted to try on the items to confirm whether or not they were going to fit. I didn’t want to make a second trip back. I’m truly thankful and grateful for their kindness.

The salesperson, Janet, was very helpful. We were shopping for dress clothes for my young adult son who has just lost 80 lbs. She measured his shirt size and made suggestions for color and sale prices. Saved us a lot of money for quality clothes. They fit great.

Staff was very helpful and patient with returns. Some areas sparse stock wise, but great sales

Went in to get (of all things) a Kit N Caboodle (remember them from the 80's and 90's) well they are back!

I got one to store all my makeup and makeup brushes in and it works perfectly.

The line was really long when I was there but the cashiers got through it quickly and efficiently, they were also very friendly.

Although they had some construction going on it was a good experience. The cashier went out of her way to get me a better discount on my purchase.

Hadn't shopped at JC Penney in 4 years so was pleasantly surprised at the large selections & Customer Care stations. We were shopping for a suit, shirt & tie for our 11 year old grandson. We found everything, expecting to spend $200. When Susan, our checkout cashier asked us if we wanted to use the online coupon, my husband said no. I asked her what did we need to do & she explained. We were able to get that discount along with the in-store 30% sale.Those items cost us $93 & our savings totaled $92. It was a very nice experience to find what we needed, save $92 and have a great customer care person like Susan tell us about the online coupon. She was pleasant, patient & left the clothes on the hangars, neatly protected in a garment bag. Wouldn't you like to have Susan cash you out, the next time you shop at JC Penney?
