Amazing service and great price ! Pete was so kind and helpful, a diamond fell out of my ring three days before my wedding, and he was the only one in town who was able to get it fixed and have it back to me the very next day on top of that he went above and beyond by coming in to his shop early so that I could drop it off on my way to work. I will not go anywhere else for any of my jewelry needs !

I’ve had 2 pieces repaired this week and I am highly impressed with the work done. I’m sure I have more pieces that need repaired. I highly recommend PQJ to repair your jewelry.

I lost the Harley Davidson emblem off my ring. I was lucky to find it cause it was so small. But I did. He fixed my ring and several years later I'm still wearing the ring. Emble still on it.

Should get no stars but I had to select one so I could write about my experience

I took my bracelet in to him a second time because the clasp broke so he advised me he couldn’t fix the clasp that I would need a new one he quoted me a price which I was fine with so I had him do the repair He brought the bracelet out to me within a couple of minutes I was like wow that was fast is it 14k gold like my bracelet he said o yea 100 percent all real and said if anything happens within a year bring it back and he will fix free of charge I said cool and went back to work. On my way back to work I was checking it out and noticed that the new clasp was much brighter than my bracelet was so I looked closer and seen it said 417 on the clasp I thought o no this must be a mistake so I called him and he said he’s already left for the day to come back at 830 in the morning so I called before I went and he said he’s at the bank waiting for them to open and he would call me within a half an hour to let me know he’s headed to the shop so over 30 minutes passed and I called him blah blah blah he said he’s at the shop so I went and on my way I ran this whole thing back in my head and decided he tried to take advantage of me by giving me gold of lesser value and still charging me for it so when I got there I confronted him to his face and o my goodness did this guy get worked up he was sooooo nervous and shaking uncontrollably talking very loud almost a scream saying he’d been at that location for 8 year’s and he would never try to do someone wrong and said he had a bunch of clasps just laying on his desk and must have grabbed the wrong one. Keep in mind he has a working camera system. I told him if he’s been there for 8 years he could clearly see the difference in the way that gold looked he didn’t respond to that but finally gave me my money and original clasp back but not before cutting the jump ring on my bracelet lol which is at a very reputable jeweler now getting the proper repairs.

People do your research it doesn’t take that long and could save you a big headache and hard time google everything get info because there are a lot of very wrong people in this world now a days
