I had a $20 Kohl’s cash coupon and lost it in the store. A lady named Diane, I believe she was a manager had everyone looking for it, when we couldn’t find it she was nice enough to issue me a new coupon. She really went out of her way for me.

I fell in love with a dress that was no longer available for online shipping and couldn't be found in any nearby Kohl's stores. After conducting numerous searches over the course of several days, I eventually managed to locate one at the Victor Kohl's store. Before making the trip, I called to verify they actually had the dress in stock and a delightful lady named Theresa not only confirmed via the computer but also took the initiative to locate it on the sales floor and set it aside for me. I happily made the 40 minute trip and easily found Theresa within the women's department. Her exceptional customer service skills and my overwhelming excitement led me to embrace her as a gesture of gratitude. Though this might have appeared slightly eccentric, Theresa remained composed and maintained her high level of professionalism and kindness without missing a beat.

A massive shoutout to Theresa for going above and beyond! Your mastery of customer service is truly commendable; you should definitely consider teaching others because you're an absolute rock star!

Despite many overpriced items, Kohl's specials and mark downs provide some very good deals and their staff in the Victor store are exceedingly friendly and helpful.

Bought shoes for my wife for christmas. She loved them.

Kept getting errors trying to order a toaster oven online so I called customer service. They were super helpful, put one on hold for me and honored my coupon even though it was online only- since the website was having issues last night.

Was super easy to stop after work and ick it up took less than 5 minutes and the girl at the customer service desk ws very friendly.

Wow you can find some great deals. Had to outfit the grandkids for school and found some amazing clothing in the closeout section. Worth checking for a bargain.

Couldn’t be easier to do a return, I get my five dollar Kohl’s cash and then hit up the clearance jewelry. I don’t typically shop for clothing here so I can’t comment on that,but I do like the fact that they have a mix of really good name brands like Nike and Buffalo Bills apparel, as well as more affordable options that are on trend.
