I've stayed here on multiple occasions. Really above and beyond service, cleanliness, and quality. I would particularly like to commend Enzo at the front desk. He exemplifies what great customer service is and helped me with a late check-in and even gave me an excellent room with a beautiful view of the Manhattan skyline. This is by far one of the best Hilton's I have stayed in and represents the excellent quality and service I have come to associate with the brand.

I was here briefly, however, I would 💯% re-book this location! The view was incredible and the rooms were so comfortable and clean. They are like a furnished apartment, so I'd book it for a fewdays next time :)

Great location in Queens. Far enough away from the congestion, but close enough to get where needed. No complaints at all. I dealt with Enzo and Christopher at the desk and both were fantastic. Highly recommend this location. Room rates were also great, but it was likely due to the time of year I traveled. Definitely will be a repeat guest at this location.

A block from the subway with easy access from the airport and into the city. Rooms are great, breakfast is awesome! Jessica checked us in and was superb! I will stay here again. I highly recommend it.

Will absolutely stay here again. The whole establishment was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was amazing. The location was perfect, far enough away to not hear the noise of the city, but close enough to enjoy it. The subway was literally a block away. I cannot leave a good enough review.

I recently stayed in Home 2 suites by Hilton in NYC and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is clean and cozy , and the front desk staff, Omar and Enzo, were incredibly professional and throughout our stay. Especialy Omar who was very helpful .Their excellent service made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. I highly recommend it for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in NYC.

Beautiful hotel, clean, nice. Great location, I just love it. No parking available sometimes o you will have to park of street. Is close to the train.

Incredible rooms, incredible service, great view! Just a few stops away from Manhattan, a few stops away from Astoria...Ideal location for my current trip as well as for the trips that will follow.

Family trip 3 nights before a cruise. Overall, we enjoyed this hotel but let's get the cons out of the way....

Cons
- a few hairs in the shower and bathroom floor left from the last guests
- breakfast gets boring fast, the sandwiches were tasty but the bread was always hard from sitting in the warmer; changing out the cereal flavors would have been nice
- area felt a little sketchy but we walked all around the neighborhood and never had issues so probably wouldn't even consider it a con. My kids did go up to the 10th floor stairwell and a man was up there saying he was changing clothes

Pros
- cleaning employees did excellent daily cleanings, whenever we came back from being out all day our room was all tidied up even though sign in room said every other day cleanings
- all of the front desk staff were extra nice and helpful
- breakfast staff worked very hard, they never let anything run out and they kept it clean; the kids like that the waffles came in two different shapes
- room was large, plenty of room for 4 people; beds were comfy, a/c worked well, kitchen was great and had everything you needed
- 2 mins from Dutch Kills subway station so easy rode into the city even for us newbies

We booked a last minute stay here on a road trip up the coast, and we were not disappointed! It is conveniently located right next to the subway stop that takes you to time square, there’s a Dunkin’ Donuts across the street, and many other interesting places nearby.

The front desk employee during our check-in was extremely helpful and provided a map with the subway stops and directions to the tourist attractions. Kudos to their staff - they are wonderful!

The rooms themselves were spacious enough for my family, and clean. The bed itself wasn’t as comfy and squeaked, but it was sufficient enough for the time we spent in our room.

Overall, I would book here again. Definitely a good spot outside of the hustle and bustle, but close enough to the transportation hubs. 10/10!

Just wanted to give these folks ashout out. Had to book a stay because an apartment fire in our buiding forced us to find temporary living. Happened right before Christmas. These people have been the NICEST and most ACCOMODATING hotel staff I've ever experienced.

The Home 2 suites by Hilton is one off the best spots for a little family tourist in New York City. I had the chance to visit it with my family and the rooms are amazing with all the amenities. The staffs are very kind and welcoming and the location is simply golden at the heart of Queens. Intersection of 30th Street and 39th Avenue, the hotel is at a 3 minute walking distance from the subway station.
I highly recommend this hotel for all those who would like to visit New York for a couple of days.
By the way, the property offers on site parking it you can also use the icon parking on the next block at 3 minutes walking distance too.

The hotel is located near Dutch Kills subway station which serves pretty well if you travel to Manhattan.
Rooms are comfortable with most facilities and breakfast is pretty good! Rooms were cleaned to a good standard and they were very tidy.
But the highest praise goes to reception, especially Chris! Real friendly, polite, helpful and a natural ability to make guests feel welcome!

One of the nicest Home2 buildings I’ve stayed in. I love the way the shower is set up. Front desk was nice and kept my room for my late arrival early check out. The location was good for my needs and what I made my short visit for it was close to the train so I did have to spend much on transportation. Was able to get to the hotel late at night by bus/train from LaGuardia. It only took 30 mins. So it worked perfectly for me.

This hotel was really pleasant to stay at. Room was comfortable and clean. Smooth check-in using their app, but we could still get physical cards. Staff in reception was very friendly and went above and beyond to help us get in touch with city government for an unrelated issue we previously had on our trip - big thanks for that!

Great value for the money.

Great hotel! Especially if you book a room with a Manhattan view. We loved the view from our room.
Breakfast was mediocre and EXTREMELY crowded. Not adequate amount of anything for the size and sheer volume of guests they have.

Stayed 9 nights, really good front desk staff, very helpful. Inclusive buffet breakfast is popular. Room was large with microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Borrowed an induction hob from reception when we cooked in the room, with saucepan and frying pan. All round a good place to stay, especially on the top floors where some have a great view of Manhattan especially at night.

The room was big and cozy, with all the necessary amenities there. Hot water in the shower was present and the kitchenette was useful for food preparation. The hotel does not offer bathroom slippers nor toothbrush/toothpaste though (maybe it's the standard for American hotels).

One of the staff, Matt, was always pleasant and helpful to all our queries. Thumbs up!

Location wise, it is about 2 minute walk away from 39 Dutch-Kills metro station. It is a rather quiet neighbourhood and could be rather scary if walking alone late at night. However, apart from the occasional homeless roaming the streets, it felt rather safe.

Overall, it is a good hotel at affordable prices!

I loved this hotel. The guy at the FD with glasses was extremely kind at check-in and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. The neighborhood was extremely peaceful and you can walk 400 ft to the subway station. Breakfast sandwich variety in the morning was a pleasant change of pace from the typical hotel continental breakfast. My only regret was that it was a one night stay. I can’t wait to book here again. It’s my favorite hotel in NY so far (3rd trip here in 2 years). If you want to stay somewhere calm when visiting NYC this is the spot. You can still be in Times Square in 15 mins.
