Towne Decorators completed all of our flooring and tile at The Shaker & Vine. They did an absolutely beautiful job! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with their work. They are timely, reliable, and are meticulous with their craftsmanship. From beginning to end they were great. We got a lot of help and advice picking the right carpet - even got to take samples home to look at in the lighting of our house. The installation went perfectly and was done very efficiently. We will be back for more of their great products and service!

We had a new living room carpet installed. We were allowed to bring samples home to choose and once we made our choice, our carpet arrived 3 weeks later. The installers did an outstanding job and even moved our furniture. The carpet is beautiful and we are so pleased ..

They first installed a runner on our stairs and a few weeks later they removed the carpet and installed hardwood floor in our living area.
They have been extremely courteous and quick. They delivered earlier than they promised and, in both cases, they did an excellent job with the installation. All communications throughout the whole process was very effective and their crews were very professional and kind.
