Hoffman Car Wash

First wash of my brand new 2024 Accord Hybrid. The car exterior and its wheels were pretty dirty cause of rain and dirt. After the wash, it felt the same as when I bought it.

The employees here are very friendly, helpful, and courteous. They always greet you with a genuine smile, cheerful welcome and they are happy to help! They are not lazy and they go out of their way to assist you with your car wash needs. I specifically purchased three monthly Ultimate Car Wash memberships for my 1991 Toyota Cressida, 2007 Honda CR-V, and 2011 Honda Civic EX which are three of our seven that we drive regularly. The customer service team at the Hoffman Car Wash at Binghamton, NY location and Sean Wenzinger, the manager are the BEST!

07/31/2023 My wife and I took our 2007 Honda CR-V for bath- Sean and his team excel at providing friendly, professional, and courteous service!

06/29/2024 I took my 1994 Acura Integra K24 Turbocharged there for a bath. The team was great and very friendly as always.

Great employee's/fast+ good wash, and free vacuum after wash

One person was working the inside alone, around 6:45 pm, 3/16, and when I asked he sprayed my entire car BOTH sides, on his own and acted like he cared about my car, and he did. The person working outside was also fantastic. I went through twice, it's just what I do lol. But my car looks fantastic, everything was spinning and in perfect working order. It also seems the drying vacuums are stronger.

Car Wash does a great job. The employees are friendly and point direction if your wheels are not in line going onto the conveyor. I actually do well, compared to other drivers in front of me! Lol

Quick and an efficient car wash. Free vacuums always make it worthwhile as well.
Pricey but definitely superior in comparison to other local washes.

Great wash and shine to my vehicle

I had an excellent experience. Doug it the awesome guy that Receives you at the pay station and helps you so you don’t even have to reach out your car. He is very informative but not pushy what so ever. You can really tell he’s there in your best interest and if you are not satisfied he goes above and beyond to make shore you are. Great job and I hope he is recognized because he Made it the best car wash experience I would want at a car wash

I was happy with this car wash since they have well powered free vacuums for their users. Basic price of 12.00 breaks down to a ten dollar wash and an unlimited 2.00 vacuum. A very good wash by the way. Just dont expect it to get the sap off your car. " people coming in all day for that reason sir" gave it 5 stars anyway. Worth it!

It was my first time there and I have to say that I was very impressed with their operation.
After you get your vehicle washed, they vacums are "FREE". How much better can you get?
I will be back with my newer Dodge Ram now that this one can fit in an Automatic Car Wash.

Great carwash! I also appreciate that the atendents remember that I like to do a touch-less wash and I don't even really need to tell them. It's service like that, that will keep me coming back. I also really enjoy their unlimited carwash clubs.

Hoffman's car wash has a great bank of vacuums ... I'm excited to use the actual car wash soon
