Opened checking and savings accounts today with the special promo bonus. I had very pleasant experience in the Manhattan branch. Vjosana Kelmendi was extremely helpful. She walked me through the opening process, explained all step haw to get bonus, helped me with banking app. Excellent customer service and professionalism. Thank you.

I had a great experience with Michael Jones at Key Bank. He was a true professional who made me feel welcome and at ease from the start. Michael was very patient, took the time to understand my needs and requirements fully, and made sure to address all of my concerns. I was impressed by his positive attitude and friendly demeanor throughout the meeting. Thank you, Michael, for making my experience such a positive one!

Having seen the online reviews, I was very skeptical but I needed their in person services as I am a Key Bank Private Banking Client who lives in Florida and was visiting Manhattan. To my pleasant surprise, the service by phone and in person were excellent. Everyone from the security guard to the tellers to Personal Banker Michael Lloyd Jones were super. When I asked about the bad reviews after accomplishing my banking, Michael explained that Key helped with unemployment claims/checks during the peak of the pandemic and they were overwhelmed with lines blocks long.

I went to Key Bank with a fairly complicated problem that my personal bank (in Queens), could not or would not help me with and subsequent tries to get a government check cashed @ other venues had not worked. My transaction with Key Bank was complicated by the fact that the a/c I'd had with them to handle my mother's estate had been closed for two years and in the meantime, that upstate bank had been taken over by Key Bank and there was no record in the Key Bank system of the account. George & his associate on the floor were very helpful, and since I had bank statements of the old a/c, and my paperwork was in order, he set up a new estate account and I was able to deposit the check. Although I did wait about 15 minutes to meet with George, I was so happy with the results that I considered this interaction to be one of total satisfaction.

Beware: There was a line down the street both times I went so make sure you have an appointment if you're seeing a banker!

Always a great experience here — unsure why there are some negative reviews, the staff is always very helpful and attentive and friendly. The manager is also sure to make sure all your needs are met

Great service. Even though I don't have an account, they didn't charge any fees to cash a check issued from this bank. I had an easy, fast and pleasant experience.

My card is locked. It has been a week. I made a lot of calls, but I couldn't get through. I need to contact customer service, but it has not been resolved yet. I don’t know if I need to make an appointment to go to the branch now
