I'll just say this, was going to change my Broker Of Record to this agency, I've had the exact same insurance , for 4 full years and got an e mail saying that after he looked at what i sent him he didn't feel comfortable getting involved with helping me, i tooki t as he was insinuating i was not legal. I've been pulled into scale houses, audited by the state where my ifta is, and pay for my truck compliance. He didn't know about the way I had my insurance set up. It's hard for some people to say they just don't know. Then I called and asked for him, she said yes I'll get him then came back and said he was not there, i said what a joke and hung up the phone. He actually had the gull to call me back and scold me about hanging up the phone lol.
I'll hang the phone up on anyone at anytime i please, especially when you're playing Dodge ball with me. ABSOLUTELY NO WAY WOULD I USE THIS GUY, he's an insurance broker that thinks he runs people. And he apparently doesn't know what's what because like i said I've been insured the way I'm insured for 4 years now. IT'S A CRAZY WORLD WE LIVE IN
