The reason I've been coming to Aspen is for the outstanding work of the hygienist, Jules. This office in particular (she was at the Central Ave office, where I 1st visited, then just moved to Niskayuna - do not recommend them on Central) has a much more put-together team and you can feel it. The receptionist and billing/office manager are crucial as well! You deal with them a lot so you want them linked with dental team so you get the proper care all along the way. They do that well in this Niskayuna office, and somebody needs to help out the Central Ave office!

Emergency denture repair went better than expected. Staff was excellent, kind, and quick. To be honest I was not expecting to get such great service. I will be sure to refer friends and family to this office.

Very courteous, helpful and honest staff at Balltown Road! It was quickly identified that my concern of a potentially cracked tooth was not what had happened in my case (thank goodness!) I was provided a treatment plan for work that, while necessary, is not an immediately pressing concern. They gave me what the total cost would be up front, and since I currently do not have dental insurance, offered a prequalification (no ding on my credit report) to see what I might qualify for in the way of financing if I chose to pursue that option. No pressure to schedule future appointments which would lock me into making a decision on the spot and I left with the flexibility of pursuing some options on my own before making a final decision on the financing end and scheduling further appointments. I don't post reviews often, but this facility and staff deserve to be recognized!

Aspen dental in Niskayuna is excellent! Everyone is very nice. My Dental hygienist is outstanding. She took her time to explain everything and did an excellent job with cleaning my teeth! I would definitely recommend the Aspen Dental in Niskayuna!

I love the professional courtesy that I receive from each and every single person I come in contact with. The staff is efficient and thorough and willing to take the time to hear your concerns. The dr’s are pleasant and explain things perfectly.

I had three appointments in one week - first as a new patient establishing care (full X-rays and checkup), second for a gingivitis cleaning, and third for two small fillings. I was under the care of Dr. Jorge Ruiz, DMD.

Dr. Ruiz was calm, clear, and professional. His work on my fillings was perfect - the anesthesia was well administered, I felt nothing after that, and it took 30 minutes to finish the fillings.

The team in all three appointments made sure that I was comfortable, asking me to raise my left hand with any sign of pain. The team here is running efficiently, the wait times are short, the people are friendly and responsive.

I urgently needed dental care due to excruciating pain from a tooth infection. My regular dentist couldn't see me, but Aspen Dental did—same day! The lady who did my X-rays on Feb 8th was incredibly kind and comforting. I told the Office Manager she deserves a raise! Highly recommend Aspen Dental for their promptness and compassionate care.

My mom had a great experience with the technician and dentist. However, the receptionist could use some patience ! My mom’s English is broken and she had no patience with my mom asking questions. Not okay. If you can’t work with clients, please do us all a favor and do not work with people.

My experience was absolutely wonderful. The whole staff were not only professional but they were very interested my well being. They also assisted me in information on financial support as my insurance didn’t cover much.

I had an emergency appointment I scheduled at the Mohawk Commons location and the lady who did my X-rays and helped me was absolutely amazing and just lovely to me as well as the check out lady so nice and thoughtful to me sorry I am bad with names lol but they know who they are! So thank you!

Everything went as planned. Removed all teeth and put dentures in without a hitch. They handled me very professionally and so far I couldn't be happier with Aspen Dental

The Doctors and staff are amazing!! They do everything they can to make you feel comfortable and they do beautiful work!! I've got my smile back and that means the world to me! Thank you ALL!

Everyone was so kind. My tooth is cracked and causing so much pain, my anxiety kicked in a bit. Everyone treated me with such grace. I’m glad I chose this location!

Very nice people in my care. They were also very thorough in their profession and upfront with me. Next appointment is scary but has to be done.

For someone who hasn't seen a dentist in 10 years and has had previous dentists berate me when starting at new places, I've avoided the dentist forever. But the staff at this location were incredible, kind, friendly, and non-judgmental. It made making an actual plan for my dental health going forward feel so much more attainable. I came after a very rocky overnight shift and my brain was all over the place, they were patient, explained anything I asked about in a way that was informative, not infantilizing. All in all, an excellent facility and highly recommended.
