I recently had the absolute best experience at the Skin Specialists. I had an IPL of my face performed expertly by Allison. She was precise and professional. I’m going back for an Oxygen facial in two weeks. The staff are also very nice. I won’t see anyone else for this very beneficial procedure. Thank you Allison!!

I have seen 2 different providers here for separate issues. The first that left the practice was absolutely wonderful. My most recent interaction with Dr Pollinger was amazing. She was knowledgeable and was able to provide an honest answer to me and give me a referral to a better doctor to treat me. I 100000% recommend her! The office also got me in fast! Within a week!

I never write reviews for medical offices but I definitely felt like had to for this office. I spoke with Carla who is definitely an amazing human being. I felt so bad that I was such an A hole to her. I called to schedule a new patient appointment and was told that they were booking to August for new patients which made me very upset I will admit. I definitely said some things that was very inappropriate not understanding that it’s definitely not scheduling’s fault and that they don’t control how many patients a doctor can see. Instead of Carla which is the girl I was taking to, giving me an attitude she was completely understanding and she definitely kept her composure and still talked to me very calmly which definitely put me at ease. She explained to me that she can give me a call when there’s a cancellation. On Friday I definitely got a call from her and was scheduled a lot sooner. She was absolutely amazing. A lot of office’s definitely need a Carla.

I had a great experience with something very personal Dr Michael is great made me feel very comfortable and took his time to explain to me my options very respectful and very easy to speak to. very satisfied with there services. 5 Star 🌟 🌟 ⭐🌟 ⭐

My very first visit to this office was a great experience, when I arrived for my appointment I was greeted and warmly welcomed by Camilla. She was friendly, courteous , patient, professional and answered all my questions. She stated she loves her job and from my initial visit it was no need for any further confirmation due to my experience and observing her interactions with other patients and colleagues. In an addition I was seen by Alyson and the great experience just continued, hands down she is the best!! I was compelled to share this with other people who maybe looking for a professional friendly team for all their dermatology needs.

Took months to get an appointment here. Worth the wait though. Coping with some minor skin issues for about 5 years, on and off, so I had considerable time to do online research and discuss with other doctors prior to stopping in. Linh knew what it was all about. She has treated people with similar issues and was familiar with all current treatment options, even those less conventional. Hard to overstate the competency here. She was caring, friendly and knowledgeable.

Dr. Foster and the whole entire team are amazing! I was checked in for my appointment very quickly and seen by Dr. Foster probably within 7 minutes of walking into the office and signing all the paperwork.

I'm starting to get back pigmentation on my face. It was spreading so rapidly.

I wish my primary care doctors office would operate like this place. They are so ORGANIZED and KNOWLEDGEABLE. Thank you so much for your help and kindness!!!!!!

I had the best experience at this practice. Ive been to a couple different dermatologist and this facility/staff is the best by far! Talking about skin condition can feel embarrassing, but Dr. Linh Donnell made me feel so comfortable during my exam. She was more thorough than other dermatologist I have seen previously, and was able to answer all of my questions.

i made my first appointment and saw Linh. great experience, thorough, great bedside manner. seen on time and had growth remove and biopsy then and there. she explained everything and didn’t rush like other doctors. i will continue to see her. very happy with my visit

I don’t do this often; but since moving to the capitol area, I have not had a positive experience with any doctors. David Foster and staff were so kind and knowledgeable. They treat you like a patient and a person and seem to really care. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a new dermatologist!

First time at Albany Dermatology. I saw Lauren Leach. She was very knowledgeable about my condition. I came in feeling very overwhelmed with apply the different treatments my pervious dermatologist assigned to me. She explained a simple plan for me to implement to help improve my condition. Told me to stick with the plan for a week to simply see if my condition would improve and then try something else if all else fails. She explained all of my different options which one of them I didn't even know about. None of my other doctor's ever told me about it.

I'm very appreciative that she didn't rush me and I could tell she has a passion for dermatology.

Had my first appointment today with ANNA VONCK and she was amazing! She was so kind , Forthright , and very professional. Dr Vonck immediately made me feel comfortable . She listened to all my concerns and addressed every issue. The staff was also terrific. I definitely recommend going to Albany dermatology!

I arrived for my appointment. Everyone was nice but it seem quite unorganized. My esthetician was unaware of what procedure I was getting done. I had to tell her. She didn’t give an post op instructions. I get that it maybe hectic, but knowing your patient procedure is important. Also my sideburns which was not part of my procedure was lasered and completely burned my skin. Maybe by mistake I don’t know. I really hope they pull it together.

Update: Both the office manager and the doctor reached out to me. Which made me feel like they really care about their patients. Office manager was really sweet and listened to my concerns, she also let me know that doctor would be available to look at my face at anytime. Let me say I was both shocked and happy that Dr. Shoss took the time to reach out. Thank you for making me feel like a valuable patient!

I had to change dermatologist because of relocation and Skin Specialists has been great. Linh Donnell and her nurse are professional, caring, and very thorough. minimal wait time. she explained things way more and spent more time with me than at previous derm. very pleased

I was quite impressed with the attention I received from Michelle. She asked questions about how I was caring for my skin and responded with recommendations without pushing their products. I felt very pampered the 4 pk facial was quite a value and I can't wait to go back!

They helped me clear up the stubborn adult acne that came out of nowhere (I'd never had acne before in my life). Additionally, I love the esthetic procedures. The mini facial always leaves me feeling refreshed and relaxed. I smell nice too! The staff are all polite and friendly.

I could not have been more satisfied with my visit to Albany Dermatology. Having recently endured a long bout of cystic acne at the unlikely age of 59, I went into the office a bit dejected. But physician assistant Anna Vonck did such a superb job tending to me that that I left in a genuinely upbeat mood. She gave me some steroid injections for my acne cysts, examined my entire body to screen for any worrisome growths, and spent more time with me than any dermatologist visit I can remember. She explained all the plusses and minuses of various treatments and put me on a new regimen. Entire staff was equally warm and friendly. Easy to get to off of I-90. Highly recommended.

This place is the best! The staff are all really friendly and professional from the office people, nurses and doctors that I have met. I have gone to other dermatologists and felt like a just another wallet that walked in the door and barely given any time with the doctor. If you want people that care about you and your treatment and will work with you then go here!

I have been receiving laser treatments for rosacea which I've had for years. My esthetician, Alyson is knowledgeable and caring and has made a considerable difference in my condition.

I had a surgical procedure done by Dr Foster and it was done quickly & painlessly with an excellent outcome. Dr Foster is very personable, knowledgeable & empathetic.
