Dr. Yucedal Is probably the most amazing dentist ever!! My son chipped his front tooth on Monday after hours. 1 week before prom!!!!! I called on Tuesday morning they got him in and fixed it like nothing ever even happened!! So grateful for this office and doc!!

I had an old gold cap that was put in on my back molder back in 1992. It finally had to be removed due to some tooth issues. The dentist removed my old gold cap. Then they used my dental X-Ray and some computerized process to create a perfect ceramic cap replacement, right there while I sat in the chair. They even matched the tooth color. It was amazing. It took a couple of hours but I didn't have to come back another day to finish the job. The whole cap replacement was all finished all in one day. Yay...!!! Mega-Thumbs Ups. 👍

I have bone marrow cancer and need a stem cell transplant in Boston. The process leaves me with no immunity so it is important that I not have any dental issues during the transplant process. ( life and death) Dr. Yucetal and her staff made sure that all of my dental issues were completed even though they were fully booked and busy. They also made time to get my wife in so that she would not have issues during our 6 week stay in Boston. We are very thankful for such kindness and concern. Dr. Yucetal and her staff are the best. They recognized my unique situation and did everything they could to make sure my life changing procedure would not be ruined by dental issues. Thanks to Dr. Yucetal and her staff!

Dr Yucedal is the most amazing Dentist! She is caring and gentle and there are no fears at all in her chair. The whole office is terrific!

Dental Hygienist, Christina, was so gentle and patient. She really did a great job, and I didn't have any teeth pain or bleeding following. Dr. Yucedal stopped by after for a follow-up and was also very nice.

Dr. Yucedal is the best dentist I have ever been to. She is highly skilled, and does beautiful temporary and permanent caps. I came out with my bite perfect the first time. She takes every effort to keep you pain free and comfortable. I was never able to relax in a dentist’s chair until I found this practice. She and her staff are consistent with her culture of good care and patient comfort. They are the best!

have always had a real phobia of going to the dentist from childhood. When I needed immediate dental care I went to Aspen Dental who ruined my mouth by extracting teeth. I was in need of a dentist this year as I needed some extensive work to be done.
That’s when I found Dr Selma! Best experience of dental work I have ever had. I was extremely nervous the first appointment but she and her staff made me feel so comfortable. Dr Selma is the best; she’s personable and so easy to talk to that I’ve never been nervous to go back for appointments.
Our son is getting married and I so badly needed my smile back. I had pretty extensive work done on the many appointments and she was so understanding that I needed my partials in time for it. She was so dedicated to me she was going to drive to the lab in Utica to pick up my partials if they weren’t sent back to her practice in time for the wedding! I’m wearing my partials, they are so comfortable because Dr Selma is meticulous in her practice and I’m ready to smile comfortably this Saturday for the wedding! Best dentist EVER!

Got two crowns done within the last month. Dr. Yucedal was gentle, quick and professional. Not anxious to get dental work done anymore! Dental hygienist's there have done excellent teeth cleanings too. I highly recommend Rotterdam Dental Arts.

I called Rotterdam Dental Arts with an emergency dental issue. I was seen within an hour. I wasn’t a current patient at the time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They truly care about their patients. Dr. Yucedal was wonderful! She was willing to squeeze me in the following day for the procedure because she did not want me to go all weekend without being treated. Hands down best dentist and staff around. Lisa at the front desk is very very helpful and knowledgeable regarding dental insurance and billing. Hygienists are so professional and make you feel comfortable. And Dr. Yucedal is the absolute BEST. She takes the fear out of going to the dentist, caring, and very precise and thorough with the work she does. I hope she stays in the area for a long time because I would never go to another dentist.

The entire staff at this dental office are warm, professional, and reassuring. Dr. Yucedal does not look at you as a person to make a profit off of but actually tries to save you money by being conservative in her approach from the start. She takes the time to thoroughly explain the work she recommends and why and treated me with the utmost respect and compassion. I have looked around the Albany area for quite a while for a good dentist for my family and am happy the search is over; I highly recommend her.

My first experience with this Rotterdam Dental arts was the best I have ever had in any medical field. I had a very painful cavity and everyone from the receptionist, dental assistants and dentist were fast professional attentive. I can not speak highly enough of the entire experience. 10/10 would recommend if you live in Schenectady county you should be going here. If you are looking for a dentist go to Rotterdam Dental Arts you won’t regret it.

I called the office as a new patient, emergency visit on Thursday. They had me come right in and when the receptionist saw how much pain I was in, she had me go right in. The dental assistant was very friendly and gentle, Dr. Yucedal was absolutely amazing, she explained my options and didn’t pressure me to make a decision. I decided to have the tooth removed and she was right on it, explaining what she was doing every step of the way. We have definitely found our new family dentist!

There is no Dental office better than this one. I am not a person who every wanted to go to a Dentist but now with Dr. Yucedel it is so easy. Also interactions with Lisa are always great. She is there to help and a great asset to this office.

My boyfriend was having severe tooth pain that was effecting every activity of his daily living. I understood that finding a dentist to treat him during the COVID-19 pandemic would be especially hard, and even more difficult since he is an international student. I ended up getting a hold of two dentists- an oral surgeon who took X-rays but could not find anything significant and another who extracted a wisdom tooth (turned out not being the problem). I started the search for someone who would see us again when the pain still got worse. Lisa answered the phone at Rotterdam Dental Arts and was immensely compassionate and responsive to my request for an emergency appointment. She empathized with our situation when I told her we had been desperate for about a week at that point and did not hesitate to act. Despite my boyfriend not being a regular client, Lisa scheduled us for the same day and Dr. Yucedal was able to diagnose an infection that had been raging for almost a week. She scheduled a root canal with an endodontics AND Lisa was able to get us a sooner appointment when I called yet again due to the pain growing unbearable. I am so grateful for Lisa and Dr. Yucedal. They stay true to their mission of caring for (not just treating) their patients and showing them respect, gentleness, and understanding in the hardest situations. Thank you Rotterdam Dental Arts!
