Zales

My most recent experience at zales yesterday was nothing short of amazing. Thank you so much Mia Cossey for providing excellent customer service. She was enthusiastic and very helpful. I can tell she really cares about her customers and their needs.

We had the honor of photographing a bride and groom's wedding rings that they bought from Zales! The way the light flickers off of them is nothing short of stunning. Zales is where it's at!

My cashier, I believe her name was Korrie…. Was so kind and patient. She did an amazing job cleaning and inspecting my jewelry. My ring needs work so she explained everything to me step by step. The place was busy but she took the time to make me feel like I was the only person in the store. She is awesome…😎

Ask for Kori or Cindy! Both ladies made my in-store experience pleasant and I was able to purchase my fiancé ring!!! Excellent customer service!!

Kayla and Patty were very sweet. I had alot of my wife's jewelry to check and clean. They didn't seem to mind how long it took and were very friendly. I would recommend going to them for your jewelry needs.

Came into this store last Saturday and was assisted by Kalah and Mia. They were both very helpful and knowledgeable. They adjusted my watch and it now fits perfectly. Highly recommend stopping by this store the next time you're in the mall, very professional and helpful staff

Mrs. Natosha Lacy made my experience memorable!! It was my first time buying real diamonds for someone who’s never had a real set before. She was so understanding and explained things to me in detail. She didn’t rush me or fast talk me into buying anything. Very genuine and caring. I would definitely recommend Zales in St. Clair Square and would further recommend speaking with Mrs. Natosha. I’ll never forget this experience.

Me and my husband will forever use Zales. Kay's missed a very large sale today that went to Zales. Linda the Jewelry consultant was the sweetest lady she helped us and was new but she did a wonderful job. The store Manager Julie Wiegand went above and beyond more tha she should ever have too. They made us feel like we were family. We had a very satisfactory purchase and will make more. I will drive for miles just to get the customer service that these 2 women provided. I say thank you both again.
