I went to the Jackson Hewitt on 30 West State street in binghamton, and the rep Danielle was so sweet, attentive, and caring. She helped me set an appoinment up for the advance, and I was approved. Thank you for all your hard work Danielle, and being so kind & caring to customers!

Went and saw Stephanie to file my taxes and see if I could get an advance on my return. She explained how much I was getting and why. Also explained the services they offer to help if there are any issues with the IRS. Very helpful and friendly. Second year going to JH and will continue to do so.

Having been awhile since paying to file taxes, I was concerned at the general cost for aid.

I'm intent on using Jackson Hewitt for the foreseeable future, whenever it's tax season.

I needed to file an amendement this year. My tax preparer was able to get through the issues that arose with the computer system. That ensured that filing my amendment was successful. She also answered many questions I had about the new child tax credit. Very knowledgable!!
