Dr. Bakar is professional, kind and sensitive to how you feel as a patient. Shawna the office manager will answer all your questions and detail treatment cost and plan if needed. Ali the assistant is knowledgeable and friendly. Monique the receptionist always returns my call and has a smile each time I’ve been in the office. The hygienist took time and patience she made me feel at ease. The practice is awesome would recommend!!

My daughter was really going through a lot of pain with a cavity that needed to be pulled asap no other dental establishment would help I called and got an appointment, an assistant name Angela was so helpful she was able to get my daughter an appointment and her tooth was pulled today 5/30/24. My daughter said they treated her kindness and the utmost professionalism, I recommend this dental establishment.

I called 3 other places and when they found out I was uninsured they hung up the phone. All on union too! My last call was this place and it should have been my first! For one I was crying and the receptionist and office manager Monique and Shawna were so great! Shawna explained my options throughly (while I was hysterically crying) and patiently gave me time to think them through. Monique helped with my calls and antibiotics and made the beginning and end or my appointment joyful! Dr. Bakar was so quick and efficient I was surprised I was out so fast! The office assistant Ali was very reassuring and didn’t hesitate to explain in detail what I could and couldn’t do after my procedure. Honestly the whole experience just made my day after I woke up with a swollen face and broken tooth on a Friday! I appreciate their time and passion and how much they care. You can really tell just by walking in they are gonna help you. I hope everyone has a happy Friday!

I am so happy that I have finally found a dentist office that I am comfortable with! Everyone one is so kind and the work is incredible! Took the time to go over the best options for me and that is very important to me. I am very pleased with my work so far and I will continue to do business with them!

Great experience every time. I had an awful expereince at another office 5 years ago and have avoided the dentist like a plague. I decided to bite the bullet and reach out to this office.

It was highly regarded by a few people I know that have been here. I was seen very fast and the staff is so friendly and clear. They explain things in a way I have never seen in any medical office. They truly want to make sure things are clear and you feel better after leaving. Looking forward to my appointment in 3 months.

I visited the office today as a new patient. I was greeted by 2 friendly receptionists when I entered the building. I filled out my paperwork then headed back promptly to be seen. During my visit I was asked how I was doing, and the new patient process and procedures. Then the assistant offered me a cup of water while I waited for the Doctor. The Docter was very thorough and explained my situation with my teeth and set goals for future work and maintenence. I was very impressed and would recommend this office to my friends.

I had a total upper extraction yesterday. I was terrified. The staff was welcoming and empathetic and comforting! I had no pain what so ever. The shots of novacaine pain, was the hardest part, but even then the pain was minimal! I am having the lower ones extracted next week and I am comforted to know it won't be a horrifying experience.

My experience with Dr. Sayed and his staff was wonderful. I needed two dental implants and a three tooth crown replaced. In addition I wanted cosmetic work done on my two front teeth, which involved having crowns placed on them. The work I had done was fairly extensive. Everything was clearly explained to me and what it would entail. The cost of each procedure was covered with me so there were no surprises. My appointments were very timely and they were always ready when I arrived. The office staff, especially Nadia, were great. The dental assistants are the absolute best. As for the work that was done, I could not be happier. My teeth never looked so good. They did a fantastic job, their pricing was very fair, and I would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone. Thank you so much for your attentive care, and my new beautiful teeth.

Honestly I have always hated the dentist due to past horrific experiences. today when I went to Union street dental for my first appointment I was not only extremely satisfied with how friendly the staff were but I also left feeling excited for my next appointment. The nurse I had was AMAZING and truly validated me while taking my X-rays. Everyone was so great.

I would like to recommend this dentistry practice. My former dentist's practice closed awhile back and I was overdue for a checkup. The office was clean and the Dr. + staff were very accommodating. I had a cavity and am not a fan of shots. The Dr. did a great job and was very nice. She made a stressful situation very tolerable. Overall, I am happy with my decision to go here.

I've been a hygienist for years, I have full time employment elsewhere, however I was fortunate enough to temp over the summer in this office. The dental work in this office is very, very good. The x-rays and clinical view of "fillings" or restorative material are outstanding and the implants are the very best I have EVER seen. - I truly believe that the dentist''s and staff are ethical, highly trained, and well versed in their trade. I would send my family to this office if they lived closer!

Always great. The DR's work is amazing and relatively painless. Very rare to find a dentist who truly looks out or patients and their best interests. Pricing is also very reasonable, even cheaper then some of the bigger chains like aspen.

I'll be honest, from the outside the business building looks a bit rundown and unkempt. On the inside, while not fancy, they maintain a very nice, clean and efficient full-service general dental practice. The reason I give them a 5 rating is the people. Dr. Bakar is a highly proficient dentist, very pleasant and has a great doctor-to-patient manner. She does great work. Ali, the primary assistant to Dr. Bakar, is also very good and has a wonderful manner. He takes the time to explain things thoroughly so you understand what's going on, what you need to do to help the process and if you have options, he explains them. Shawna, the office manager, is the best. Aside from being a sweet person, she is highly efficient and ALWAYS follows up and through with any commitment she makes. She keeps the place running smoothly and is a pleasure to with which to work. Lois, the hygienist, is also very nice and does meticulous work on cleanings and such. It's what's on the inside, not the outside, that matters!

Great place that makes you feel like safe and informed through any process or procedures. From the surgeons to the office manager will go above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of.

My family and I come to Union Street Dentistry and our experience at the office is always pleasant. My kids feel very comfortable getting their cleanings by Kim. My husband and I see Dr Singh and he is very gentle and explains everything very clearly. I have recommended other friends and family to this office as well.

I came in for a new visit a few months ago to Union Street Dentistry. I find that the office staff and doctors are friendly and give me time to explain my treatment step by step. I have seen the hygienist recently for a deep cleaning and she was very gentle. I did not even feel the anesthesia. I would like to thank the office for such a pleasant experience.

I had a lapse in coverage and had not been to the dentist in a year or so. The whole team at Union St helped me out and was very accommodating. They offered evening appointments and payment plans. Dr Ahn was very gentle and caring with me. She made me feel comfortable and at ease during my proceedures.

I also used the in-office Phillips Zoom whitening system - 1 hour, it works very well and worth the money. A Great staff - professional, friendly and organized. They know what they're doing! I was lucky to have found Union St. and Dr. Syed by recommendation from a friend after my long term dentist retired. RECOMMENDED.

My first visit was yesterday and couldn’t be more pleased. From the moment we walked through the door very professional. Ali was very cordial introduced himself and hoped I was having a good day. Professionalism goes a long way for me. Dr Bakar was also professional introducing herself before performing her work. I am so glad I picked this office.
