Today. Couldn’t believe the professionalism of this bike shop and attention to detail. And they were super friendly. Thanks to Colt and Dee. Truly awesome.

It’s the people. With anything in life - it’s always about the people, the relationships you can build and Loud Performance does just that. They welcome you in like family and want to provide the best experience possible. My husband and I drive over two hours to ride the 4 locally groomed trail systems every winter weekend that has good snow. We often park at Loud and ride their trails first. We have been to their winter ride events and just last weekend my aluminum seat post was seized to my carbon frame and it took three of them to free it … they then found a carbon seat post on hand and installed it for me so I wouldn’t have that problem again. Exceptional service, top notch people. Go meet them and support those that work so hard for us to keep playing bikes!

We stopped into the shop recently to check out some accessories and equipment when we were in the area. They had a great selection, a lot of nice gear, and the staff was welcoming and helpful, and answered all of our questions.

I had visited over the summer, and had a different experience, but was informed after the fact that there was a cycling event going on during that day and the shop was supporting/servicing the event. Totally understandable, and explains our different experience.

We will definitely stop back at the shop the next time we are in town, and appreciate the concern/and comments from the ownership. Thank you for reaching out - and very sorry it took so long to update our review!

Stopped in to look at a used bike for my 16 year old son. It was not the right bike. We worked with D (owner). Some of the other shop crew chimed in as we discussed what made sense based on rider type and bike value. D valued his employee's input. No pressure to make a decision even as we were approaching Saturday closing. We bought the bike. As the crew left for the evening, D said "thank you" to each person.

How many shops invite you to test out a bike on the trails/jumps out back? How many shops stock a full range of bikes and a full selection of gear? This place is the real deal - kind people doing what they are passionate about.

Great shop for multiple outdoor activities. They have an amazing set of trails behind the shop that can be ridden. They have a kids ride on Wednesday evenings and an adult ride on Thursday evenings. Weather may cancel those rides.
Wide selection of gear and apparel!
Owner and staff are super friendly and courteous!
Highly recommend if your in the area and need help or a place to ride.

Drove from Rochester to check out the groomed trails for fat biking. Great trails, but what really stood out was the bike shop itself. Super friendly and welcoming, even before we bought anything! You can tell they love what they do. We will return to ride, but would also consider them next time I’m in the market for a bike

I'm a big man and I wanted to get a bike but I was a little scared to go into a bike shop because I felt I would be judged. Not the case at Loud Performance the owner and the staff were some of the most welcoming and helpful people I could have asked for. I recommend this shop wholeheartedly.

Can’t say enough good things about this shop. I’m sad they are not closer but can guarantee I will travel to spend more money here. They traded me out on a bike sight unseen, followed through on every last thing they said they would do. They are a pleasure to deal with and have great selection. If your within 150 miles of Loud and they carry what you want you should just buy it from them!

They saved my behind on my sons birthday present. I promised him a mountain bike if he lost his training wheels, he delivered and so did I. I left my number with them and they called as soon as the bike came in which isn’t common for bike shops.

The shop is nice, lots of selection from bikes to clothing, gloves helmets all quality brands. The best thing is you can park out front unload your bike and take off on the trail.

Wish they were closer to me. Grateful they followed through on the callback and I can surprise my son with his first Kona!

I go to Loud Performance for their bicycle services and I'm here to tell you that they are the best bike service and repair shop around. The bike mechanic, Dee, is a master at what he does and always manages to fix my bike no matter what. This is huge because I have had other bike shops work on my bike before I found Loud Performance and they never seemed to address all my problems. As far as gear goes, they have everything you would ever need and carry top quality products.

I want to personally thank the Loud Performance staff for all their help and friendliness throughout my business there. They are my #1 bike store and I'll keep coming back for sure!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The owners Dee and Murl are great, super helpful, both very knowledgeable about bikes and local riding. Do not miss riding the trails behind the shop. They also go group rides I believe on Wednesdays. Only negative is the distance the shop is from my house :-)

Awesome shop. Came in from out of town with flat tire. Decided I wanted new tires. They had good ones in stock and they took care of me right away. Sweet shop. Super friendly. A+

Really great mountain and fatbike selection. They helped me get the best looking wheel set I have ever seen. Now they are doing road bikes in Bemus. And best of all they support the local trails and do Thursday night mtb rides.

Awesome Very quick to figure out my problem.Bought my wife a awesome FXR jacket at what i think is a great price compared to others in the area. Highly recommend for all your snowmobile needs in Chautauqua county. Will definable shop there again. 10 thumbs up thanks guys

The only mountain bike shop in Western New York that has trails behind the shop to demo a bike. You can't beat their service to their customers, the community, and to the WNY mountain bike scene. The best shop around!
