I purchased 2 NIRVANA t-shirts the shirts were made from a very high quality material and the price was very affordable. The young lady who helped me was extremely friendly and helpful. I didn't get her name but her aunt was a manager at this store years ago. Give this place a visit you will not be disappointed

I've been shopping at this location for years. They have never once disappointed me. The people working there are so friendly and helpful. They actually have a conversation with you instead of ringing you out and walking away. Yes it is the smaller store, but they can order anything from the site for you.

Hot Topic is my favorite place to shop. They have pride stuff, anime stuff, Harry Potter stuff, band stuff, and everything else an edgy hip youth such as myself could ever want in a store. Hot Topic also has some great deals on pins. I have a denim jacket that I put my entire pin collection on and not only does it look cool, it was also relatively inexpensive.

10/10, would shop again.

Absolutely love this store. Always a sale going on, great employees perfect atmosphere and of corse great items. We are huge rick & morty & TWD fans. I can always find items related to them and great prices. One of my fac1ortie stores to go to.

Great clothes. This store features mainly pop culture merch for many movies/TV shows/musicians plus anime and drag queens.
ex. Marvel, Disney, P!ATD, TOP, Sailor Moon, etc.
The staff is always very friendly and helpful, and there are usually great sales and deals going on. For an even bigger selection, check their online store!

One of my favorite stores and i am NOT known as a lover of shopping. Great selection... awesome sales and clearances. Staff is consistently friendly, helpful and engaging.

People were lovely and nice at this hot topic. I'm not from around this location in Rochester, but the associates were friendly and made polite conversation while checking me out.

I never go in the store itself, but always stop to look at the Funko's. The people that work at the Funko area are always very friendly

Loved it! Had something on hold. They had a kiosk outside so I wouldn't have to go inside and pay. Everyone was very friendly!

My husband and I shop at this location because of Russell and Taylor they both have great customer service! They take time to talk to you and help you out no matter how busy they are!!
