I had trouble w one of my tires turns out there was a puncture from a nail. They put a patch on and the wait time and price was reasonable. I plan on using them again for some general maintenance and am hopeful they do a good job. It’s very difficult as a woman who owns a car to trust anyone in the automotive world. Time will tell but I’m hopeful I found a trustworthy shop!

I was shopping to buy tires and came across Finn tire & Auto. They were the only company who took the time to explain in detail all their perks. Customer service was on point. Very friendly and answered any questions I had. They recommended the Cooper tire for my car. My car rides very smooth and noise free. Also, I was told there was a rebate of $75 on the tires, but actually there wasn't, so they gave me an instant rebate and deducted it off my bill. Because I lived so close and wasn't feeling well, they drove me home and pick me up when they finished. They will in the future will be my go to place. Thanks guys.😊

Finding a good mechanic can be a nightmare! So I did tons of research when our car didn't start unexpectedly. I came across Finn Tire & Auto during that search and was compelled to call based on the profile reviews. Let me tell you, Jerry & Brian did not disappoint. We had no idea what the issue was and the guys made it a point to figure it out. They took it as a challenge and kept us updated on it's progress. The icing on the cake was the customer service - not only did they treat us like human beings and were understanding of our situation, but they made suggestions and educated us. You can tell they care about their clients, their jobs/expertise and business reputation. We did pay a good amount due to the diagnosis of the problem and other issues found and it took a few weeks to resolve. This isn't surprising as it comes with territory of car maintenance, so it is what it is. But at the end of the day Jerry made sure all of the critical things were fixed and we were set. Our car is 100% better than before. Money well spent with no regrets. We will definitely return for routine maintenance. Try them out, you'll be in good hands!

I absolutely love Finn Tire! They're quick efficient and very polite! They also help me with options for fixing my car when I'm strapped for cash. They're the only mechanics i go to nowadays!

these guys were thoroughly amazing. they made sure i was included in each step of my car’s repair and that i understood what was going on. they were so accommodating, patient, kind, and thorough with the entire repair process. my car is running wonderfully and i will be coming back :) highly recommend them !!!!!!!

Very please with there work at Finn they did everything I asked, showed me something that should be taken care of, gave me a loaner, to get to work which was a blessing my car runs a lot better. I found a new mechanic thank you!

From the initial phone call, to inquire about pricing for selected services, to the completion of the service on my vehicle, I was treated professionally, and with friendliness. The staff I interacted with were friendly and knowledgeable. I was satisfied with the price for the work done, which was significantly less than what a Mercedes dealership would have charged!

Finn Tire and Automotive has been servicing my cars for 15 years. Sometimes their prices are lower than area competitors, sometimes not. Regardless, they are honest, friendly, helpful, leave my car clean, and do an excellent job! When I pick up my car, the price quoted is the price I paid, not an inflated bill for miscellaneous add-ons the car didn’t need. I trust them wholeheartedly.

I had a great experience with Brian and Jerry! They communicated and always made sure I knew the status of my vehicle. The best part was when I went to pick my vehicle up the price agreed upon did not change.

Staff here is awesome! They are what customer service is all about. No hidden charges,no having you purchase something you don't need. They don't rush you in or out. They actually listen to what your issues are. They go over everything with you completely. I've already made an apointment to drop my second vehicle off. These guys are all around Awesome !

Brain and his team are pure professionals! From their honest, thorough and detailed outline of the work required for my vehicle (which included photos, descriptions, full explanations and $estimates) to the final finished project. They have extraordinary customer service, do EXCELLENT work and are an absolute pleasure to deal with. Believe it or not, they actually make dealing with automotive "stuff" fun.

I am a very satisfied customer and appreciate Finn Tire's expertise and professional service! They were able to diagnose and fix an ongoing issue I had with my left front tire losing air after filling it every few weeks. They took the time to explain the cause of the problem and took steps to eliminate the issue while I had my car there for a radiator flush and fill, transmission drain and fill, oil change and tire totation..all in a couple of hours. And it is so nice to receive a text addressed to you personally, thanking you for your business!

The Finn Tire service guys were very helpful and accommodating in helping get a flat tire off and spare put on. I was out of town when a tire blew on my trailer. They came to the rescue and got me back on my way quickly. They made my day!!

My experience was phenomenal. What we thought was a small problem turned out to be a larger one and Jerry, made sure to do all he could to give me the best price possible. I like that you can make an appointment and they honor the appointment time and the best is they give you a loaner car so you wont be without a vehicle while yours is being repaired. They were efficient and quick..Great place.

Just got a warranty plan and could not find a facility that honored it. The warranty company recommended Finn Tire and Automotive (and about 10 other places.) Was skeptical as I have had bad dealings before, but am very pleased of the work done here. My headlights were not working properly and my brakes would cause my Subaru to shudder when applied.
They ran diagnostics and found the problem. They also found several other problems as my vehicle had sat for about 3 years (before I bought it) and there were other problems from it sitting so long. Plus the timing belt was not changed at 105,000 (it is at 150,000+ now and I got it at 119,000.) They prioritize what needed to be done to keep me safe for my trip to Texas and we will get the others done after my trip.
Everyone was polite and courteous and what they quoted me was more then I actually paid. Will be doing business with them again when I return from Texas. GREAT JOB GUYS!
